The hotel was good but the check in experience was bad.

The breakfast needed more options like eggs and bacon or sausage.

Cons:

The check in experience was horrible. I was given a key to an already occupied room, open the door to that room to find it already in use. I was horrified.

Very nice just a bit pricy

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Floor was dirty, especially in corners. Lots of strands of black hair in the bathroom on the floor, sink and bathtub as well in the bed between the flat and fitted sheets
The bathroom exhaust fan was very loud. The kitchen cabinet door wasnt connected to both door hinges and fell down when opened, held on by one hinge instead of two

“If you had to stay there, sure.” Otherwise nothing special at all.
Pros:

Beds comfortable.

Cons:

Dirty and stained carpeted hallways. Uncleaned hardwood floors in the common areas and elevators.

Clean room for a decent price.
Pros:

Very good value for the money. Because it’s an extended stay, there isn’t daily maid service. That didn’t matter to us - we were only there two nights.

I had an issue with my credit card. The staff was great in working with me until it was straightened out by the credit card company.

Cons:

We were assigned a handicapped room (didn’t need one or ask for one). Everything was lower which took a little adjustment.

We found the door required a tremendous amount of effort to open - we questioned how a handicapped person could get it open without help.

If my two complaints were to be fixed I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Was close off highway so quick to get to. Nice that sheetz was 5 mins away.

Cons:

No cable! Said had outage but asked others in hotel and they said had in their rooms. Just don’t think they wanted to bother moving us at 1130pm. Also the water took like 5 mins to get hot water in shower.

Pros:

The room was good. The hotel facility itself was fair. However, the toilet was broke and there was a horrible smell outside the hotel.

Cons:

They didnt offer anything for broken toilet.
