Cons:

Unclean, no proper infrastructure, poor hygiene ( food n housekeeping) , extreme dirty approach road, noisy surroundings ( construction n dumping of construction debris were reported every night of my stay) , nasty washroom etc etc. In a nutshell BEST AVOIDED and extremely OVERPRICED

It was the first good hotel I found in India corresponding to my expectations
