It's a modern hotel, and has all the facilities you could need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is nothing they cannot do for you. The hotel room is clean, and I find it's quiet considering it's in central milton keynes. Parking is limited, but I've stayed a few times now and never struggled to find somewhere at least, but just be mindful that you might not be able to get into their underground car park.
There isn't enough parking directly at the hotel, however there is plenty of parking nearby the hotel. There is no closet for your clothes, just a hanging bar which I find a little weird, but doesn't bother me as I'm only staying typically for one nights for work, so don't have a massive amount of clothes but if you've got quite a bit there isn't much space for them.
It was a short stay and it was the perfect budget hotel finished to a high standard the room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy. We received a complementary cocktail upon arrival and the staff were very nice.

A bit more variety for evening meals
This is a very basic hotel with no thrills. It’s about 15 minutes walk from the shopping centre so the location isn’t perfect. They are very focused on the £100 incidental hold which is released on check out and depending on your bank it can take anything from 10 days to 25 days before you get the money back onto your credit card and longer if you use a debit card. This is mandatory and they insist on this before they will allow you to check in. They are also not transparent on the Marriott app or website this will be authorised on your card and you only find out on check in.
I couldn’t find anywhere I could spend this money apart from the bar. The room has no phone or mini bar either so no room service.
I personally didn’t spend anything in the hotel. The rooms are just like a low level Travelodge but with a slightly bigger TV. Water pressure in the shower is poor.
This hotel is well over priced for a budget property. I personally would never stay here again and the £100 deposit was one of the reasons not to stay again.
The staff are very robotic and they would even remember you the next day.
Very disappointed that thus hotel which is very basic and wants a £100 mandatory hold on top of the room charge!
There is nothing on the official website that mentions this £100 fee before you book!
There is absolutely nothing in this place a glorified Travelodge that I would spend in there and there isn’t even a phone in the room so can’t make any paid phone calls anyway.
The rooms are basic like I already stated and no in room fridge and not really worthy of being under the Marriott name.
