Das hat gepasst!
Pros:

Wir waren positiv überrascht, dass alles so reibungslos gelaufen ist. Das Einchecken (im Moxy) - kein Problem. Das Zimmer lag am Ende der Etage. Der Blick aus den Fenstern zeigte den Fernsehturm in der Ferne, Feldstraßenbunker, die Köhlbrandbrücke und Altonas neue Mitte. Es ist nicht die schönste HH-Aussicht/Lage, aber die Sonnenaufgänge waren fantastisch. Die Aufteilung des Zimmers - perfekt. In der Küche fehlten zwar ein paar Basics (Bratpfanne/Sieb/Geschirrhandtuch), aber das hat nicht gestört. In den Betten konnten wir besonders gut schlafen. Das Reinigen des Zimmers inkl. "Betten machen" durch Personal haben wir in den Tagen ausfallen lassen. Schild an die Tür und man ist ungestört. Das Frühstück? Alles da, was wir gerne mögen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Wir haben uns gefragt, ob man ohne Hotelgast zu sein, das Frühstücksbuffet nutzen kann. Wir wurden nicht einmal nach der Zimmernummer gefragt. Daher kontrolliert niemand, ob man Gast ist oder einfach reinspaziert kommt ... ;o)

War ok aber nochmal werden wir nicht mehr kommen.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit hat uns gefallen und dass es kostenfreie Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel hab. Bei der Parkplatzsituation musste man jedoch Glück haben.

Cons:

Die Bettqualität war leider einer der schlechtesten die ich jemals hatte. Wir waren ein Glück nur 3 Nächte dort aber bin 2x mit ziemlichen Rückschmerzen aufgewacht. Viel zu weich und das Kissen zu hart. Zudem hat sich ständig das Bettlaken von der Matratze gelöst und die Bettdecke hatte keinen richtigen Überzug.
Leider kann man auch nicht das Frühstück abwählen. Das kostet immerhin 15 Euro pro Person und im Supermarkt gegenüber hätten wir mehr für unser Geld bekommen.
Unser Hund hat nochmal 15 Euro/Tag gekostet und dafür hätten wir zumindest einen Wassernapf erwartet. Die Klimaanlage/Heizung war auch recht laut.

Keiner tauschte den kaputte Föhn aus obwohl ich gleich an Anreisetag reklamiert habe und die Betten wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gemacht das Bad und die Toilette nicht geputzt

Eine tolle Reise nach Hamburg
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war schön und ruhig. Super, dass Dusch und Shampoo vorhanden waren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit. Cool war auch der Fitnessraum, den man gratis benutzen durfte.
