Very nice hotel.
Pros:

Very good location, close to S-bahn in nice neighbourhood. Modern and cozy designed hotel. Staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, but it is ok overall.

I want to say a special thanks to the land master of the property, Mr Amsikora. He is an amazing person who gives excellent support to guests and provides detailed information, which helps a lot with quick orientation. He is a very kind and positive man. The location is ok. Beaches are everywhere; the challenge is finding a good place to park your car. You'll need to do some research to find the nearest grocery stores, which are in the next village; the supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away. In 40 min, you can drive yourself up to Cagliar

Auf Grund unserer Erfahrungen in einem anderen Moxy Hotel, war es leider etwas enttäuschend.
Pros:

-das freundliche Personal
-das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken.
-sauberes Badezimmer
-bequeme Betten

Cons:

-Spinnweben an der Decke über dem Bett
-das Frühstück
-der Außenbereich
-der Aussenbereich am Haupteingang hallt sehr (baulich bedingt) und ist gut hörbar in den Zimmern zur Seite am Haupteingang
-das Hotel wirkt innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ein Fresh-Up vertragen

Cons:

Keine Minibar. Wenig Platz für die Aufbewahrung von Kleidung. Zimmer war etwas klein für 3 Personen, um sich auch mal ohne zu schlafen dort aufzuhalten (wenig Sitzgelegenheiten).

Gute und schöne lange, super Personal, sehr zweckmäßig für eine Übernachtung

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, das war nicht schlimm, das Hotel konnte nichts dafür, es lag an einem Stromausfall. Dafür gab es Softdrinks und Bier umsonst als Entschädigung. Das war super nett!!

Das Zimmer war sauber aber die ungenutzten Wände sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Hochbett ebenfalls .

La habitación, moderna y cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno era flojo, sobre todo la comida caliente. Para costar 19€ me habría gustado ver mucha más variedad (solo había huevo batido y judías). Y lo peor, una botellita de agua nos costó 4€. Para los huéspedes de esta categoría de hotel el agua debería ser gratis, o por lo menos que hubiera una botella de cortesía en la habitación para cada uno.

Es ist modern, alles praktisch, unkompliziert und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und Service prima. Frühstücksbuffet prima und lecker.
