Rundum war ich sehr zufrieden und würde wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, gerade durch die jüngeren Gäste vermittelte es, ein unkompliziertes Hotel.

Cons:

Am Frühstück könnte man noch etwas schneller fehlende Sachen wieder auffüllen.
Wie Milch, Bananen ect.

Im großen und Ganzen okay, aber ausbaufähig….
Pros:

Es war modern und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Es muss unbedingt was an der Speisekarte gemacht werden.
Abends wurden drei Sorten an Pizza ( überteuert) angeboten, obwohl es eine tolle Speisekarte gibt.

Schade …..

Ansonsten könnte man die Zimmer mit Kleinigkeiten aufrüsten.
( Schuhanzieher, Wasserkocher, vielleicht 2 Gläser)

Es war okay
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Personal war okay, allerdings konnte kaum jemand vernünftig deutsch. Fließend englisch muss man können, damit man sich verständigen kann.
Am Abend haben wir mehr als 45Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet.
Das Frühstück war auch okay.... aber bei einer Übernachtung im DZ mit Frühstück für über 250€ haben wir ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet, sorry!

A pesar del personal amable, el servicio deja que desear
Pros:

El personal es amable y cercano. Están para ayudar. La ducha está bien. La cama es cómoda.

Cons:

Es el típico hotel que utiliza el argumento de la sostenibilidad para ahorrar costes laborales y ofrecer un servicio por debajo de lo esperado. Por ejemplo, solo una persona en recepción que también se ocupa de atender el bar.
Sin embargo, lo per es que solo limpian cada 3 días. Encima vas y pides que limpien la habitación y te dicen que no, que por sostenibildad solo lo hacen cada 3 días. Un hotel de este precio y nivel debería al menos limpiar bajo requerimiento del cliente.
Luego, la habitación es ligeramente pequeña. No tiene ni siquiera armarios o cajones. Todo a la vista.

Der Aufenthalt war weitestgehend gut.
Pros:

Unterkunft gut gelegen für unsere Zwecke. Nahegelegenes Parkhaus, freundliches Personal. Frühstück soweit akzeptabel.

Cons:

Bellender Hund früh Samstagmorgen im Hotel. Hat irgendwann aufgehört. Ausblick erinnert an ein Industriegebiet. Ist aber für eine Nacht völlig ok. Merkwürdige Erklärung mit Abrechnung über Kreditkarte. Bei booking.com stand der Preis einschließlich Steuern und Gebühren und im Hotel wurden dann nochmal Kur und Hoteltax berechnet. War nicht transparent bei der Buchung.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel
Pros:

Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Nähe zur s Bahn Station ottensen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad für Hygieneartikel wäre angebracht.
