I like the location and friendly staff.
My room floor was very slippery upon arrival. I advised the staff the next morning and he stated he would noted. However on Sunday morning my elderly mom started sliding could not stop which was scary because she had 2 knee replacements. My brother had to leave his house to come help her up because she cannot put pressure on her knees. I left a letter for the manager upon my departure but I have not heard from him. The floor is very dangerous for a child and or elderly person. We are monitoring my mom, overall the rooms are nice. I just wish management would have reached out to me regarding this matter.

I liked the staff member who greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly, and you could tell he loved his job.
The breakfast could have been better. The meat for breakfast was not very good, and the coffee bar should have had more options than just half and half to put in the milk for the "cream" option. There was also an incident in the breakfast area one morning. A woman did not have on shoes, and the staff member who worked in the breakfast area yelled at the woman instead of going directly to the woman to ask her to put some shoes on and not cause a scene or make other guests feel uncomfortable.

The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Check-in was smooth and easy, but the best part of our stay was definitely Jamesheya. She was professional, friendly, and had such a welcoming energy from the moment we arrived.
My daughters and I were dealing with a stressful plumbing issue at home and needed a place to stay unexpectedly. Jamesheya truly helped put my mind at ease and made us feel comfortable during a difficult time. Her kindness and helpfulness meant more than she probably realizes. We genuinely appreciated the great hospitality and had a wonderful stay.
It’s in a high traffic area which can be a little noisy
Staff was amazing, lobby was great with great seating options. We enjoyed the pool table and the big connect four game especially!! They had several board games for families and kids to play. They had a gym and a great breakfast.
Rooms aren’t sound proof at all. But during the night it was quiet no partying and no one being loud so everyone was able to sleep fine!
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance.
