I chose this property due to the proximity to the LSU campus. It was quiet and comfortable but not a good value.
Pros:

It was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. Staff were super nice.

Cons:

Terrible value $488 for one night in a not so great hotel. Carpet in our room was filthy.

Pros:

Shawna, was really great with a father and his two young soccer boys. The room was really nice. The hotel was quiet and the location was awesome as well.

I'll stay there again if I get the chance.
Pros:

The size and layout of the room, the gym, the staff.

Cons:

Our shower only gave brownish water with sendiment/particles that were visible. The staff was notified but obviously there was nothing they could do without a plumber handy.
