A place to spend the night, clean and convenient.
Pros:

The area it was situated was very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants we planned to visit. The room was very clean, didn’t expect a clothes steamer in room, that was nice. Lots of plugs in room, phone auxiliary plugs as well.

Cons:

We were given a room at the far far end of the floor; little closer to elevator would’ve been better. The shower does not have any place to put your own items, small shelf would be great. TV remote wasn’t connecting properly to TV. Rooms are loft size, just used to little more space.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and attentive. The location was wonderful, with food, coffee, fuel, and the freeway nearby. The hotel has lots of amenities to enjoy.

Cons:

The shower had hard water stains, the pool had debris in it from the wind, the walls were marked. Also, the pool table was missing cue balls and the felt was damaged.

Checked in,slept like a baby,loved it.

I recommended to all my family and friends. When they go visit my son to stay there.
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. Location is excellent, its an a mile away from my kids UTSA school, located on the same side. It was clean, in the lobby lots of board games, billiard table, complementary snacks, and a bar. Very clean room, with Dry Bar shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The blanket could be a little warmer.
