Room was immaculately clean. View from room was beautiful. Right next to railway station. Food was great. Breakfast was excellent

Modern hotel in een mooie stad.
Pros:

Hotel ligt aan een kanaal en is dan ook zeer leuk om bij mooi weer buiten te zitten. Openbaar vervoer die stopt voor hotel.

Cons:

De kamer was aan de straatkant. Aan de overkant waren ze bezig met de bouw van nieuw flatgebouw. Eens deze af zal zijn is er rechtstreekse inkijk op kamers.

De locatie was heel fijn. De sfeer beneden was erg ontspannen en gezellig.

Cons:

De ruimte in de kamer was beperkt. Wat vlekken aanwezig en ook de muur onder de tv kon een verf beurt gebruiken.

Dat je in het Engels aangesproken wordt, dit vind ik heel jammer, we zijn tenslotte in Nederland.

Super leuk verblijf!
Pros:

Prachtige kamer en heerlijk bed!

Cons:

De airco was erg lawaaierig. Ook stond er mocht de kamer eerder klaar zijn dan de inchecktijd dan kan je eerder in! Echter bij de receptie zei ze kan wel maar kost 10 euro per kamer per uur. Erg bijzonder, zet het dan niet op je site.

Le prix,l emplacement, le calme

Cons:

A mon arrivee on m a dit que pour avoir la chambre plus tot il fallait que je paie un early booking 10 eur de l heure mais lors de nos echanges par mail via booking il n a jamais ete question d un early booking.

A notre arrivee la personne qui s est occupe de nous n etait pas tres a l ecoute ni agreable, je tiens quand a signaler que le reste du personel etait super.

Over het geheel genomen een prima plek om te verblijven!
Pros:

De locatie, de moderne uitstraling, comfort op de kamer, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het onervaren (en te weinig?)personeel, het goede ontbijt waarvan de organisatie (aanvullen) en zeker de koffieautomaat meer efficiënt had gekund.
1 Koffie automaat stuk = 2-e automaat snel leeg, verstopt, lange rijen…
Oplossing van filterkoffie en theewater in kannen niet structureel.
