Posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata del tram e del treno, a pochi passi anche dal centro a piedi.
Camera pulitissima e con tutti i confort, ben organizzato

Prima verblijf voor een kort bezoek op een fijne locatie bij Utrecht
Pros:

De locatie direct naast het station is ideaal. Het hotel heeft daarnaast een prettige lobby en de kamers zijn ruim. Het personeel was in orde, met een speciale vermelding voor een dame bij het ontbijt: zij was erg behulpzaam en deed zichtbaar extra moeite voor de kinderen (bijvoorbeeld fruit snijden).

Cons:

De kamer was redelijk, maar niet helemaal schoon en er waren veel krassen / beschadigingen op de muren. Douche heeft douchegordijn dat vind ik in hotels nooit heel fris. Ook lukte het niet om de Chromecast werkend te krijgen, terwijl ik vrij technisch ben. Het hotel voelt daardoor minder als een luxe hotel maar meer als een praktische optie met een ok prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Stay here, stay happy again and again!
Pros:

Stayed here twice now. Love the design, staff, and rooms are luxurious. Right by the tram stop and a beautiful canal next to the city centre.

Cons:

Air con a bit loud, but I just turned it off to sleep.
Water pressure was low, but last time it was fine. Probably a temporary issue.

Great location and a modern hotel, rooms could be improved upon
Pros:

Breakfast was a great spread, and the coffee machine was available throughout the day. Good opening hours, 06:30 during the week and 07:00 on the weekends.
The staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful
Hotel was in a great location - five minute walk to the main streets and close to public transportation
Very funky and modern hotel

Cons:

The rooms had no cupboards, or even a hanging rack, just a few hangers on a structure on the wall.
There was no mini fridge.
There were no extra blankets or pillows, and because it was so cold, I had to double the duvet to sleep underneath it.
The walls are paper thin, I could hear people walking above me, the elevator stop, doors banging and people have conversations by the elevator. If staying here, I would request a room on the top floor.
