Great location just outside of the centre but easy walking distance. Lovely views over the canal with an outdoor seating area. Very clean with well-equipped rooms. We didn't have the breakfast but looked good and fair value compared with how much we were spending in the city.
Bar staff were not particularly friendly or helpful when I asked to use the WC during check in.
But the reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly.
Would stay here again, but not expecting the warm welcome we have got used to in similar places in the Netherlands.

La modernité
Moderní hotel v docházkové vzdálenosti z hlavního nádraží, blízko historického centra, v klidné lokalitě. Snídaně byly vynikající. Samotné město Utrecht je velmi krásné.
Na pokoji není žádná skříň ani polička, kde lze nechat oblečení. Káva a čaj, které si lze uvařit na pokoji se při vícedenním pobyt nedoplňují.

Il rumore dell impianto dell aria condizionata in camera: troppo forte e disturbante durante il sonno.
Temperatura in camera: troppo bassa per la giornata fredda che abbiamo trovato.alzando il termostato, l’impianto ha impegnato diverse ore per riscaldare
Manca L’armadio. Ci sono dei punti per appendere a vista, che comunque può andare bene in caso di pochissimi giorni di soggiorno
The hotel is in a good location, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small, but there was a hairdryer and toiletries.
In the bathroom, the towels could only be hung on the wall of the walk-in shower, which is not very practical if you want to dry them.
De ligging
Bij het ontbijt hadden we geen tafel vrij om te zitten. Het was er zo een overrompeling en de helft van het buffet was leeg dat we ervoor gekozen hebben om in de stad te gaan ontbijten. Wel heel fijn dat we een financiële tegemoetkoming gekregen hebben.
Jammer dat niemand van het personeel een woord Nederlands spreekt.

Ligging, niet pal in het centrum, maar op een leuke wandelafstand.
Persoonlijk vond ik het bed niet comfortabel, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.
