博多中心部へのアクセスの利便性が高い
Pros:

祇園駅、櫛田神社に近く、とても便利でした！

Cons:

シャワー室は、少し半乾きの匂いがしたのが残念でした

Pros:

It is handy for my needs around Hakata and Fukuoka.

Cons:

I've used this hotel many times in the last few years and this trip the room was very small. In previous years when i've selected premium i've been given a larger room with more space for 2 people + bags.

Pros:

Piękny hotel w super lokalizacji. Pokój u japońskim przestronny i czysty. Onsen bardzo przyjemny po męczącym dniu zwiedzania. Design wspólnych przestrzeni jest po prostu wspaniały, zachęca żeby spędzić tam czas przy relaksujące muzyce.

スタッフの対応は良かったが…
Pros:

スタッフの方が丁寧に分かりやすく、施設等説明して下さいました

Cons:

チェックアウト前なのに、スタッフの方が解錠して入って来られるのが、少しビックリしました

最悪です。
Pros:

受付の女性は大変感じの良いかたでした。

Cons:

3人で宿泊でしたがベット、布団が2組しか用意されていませんでした。びっくりです！こんな事初めてです。夜勤の方に掛け布団を頼んだのですがブランケットを持ってこられ断りの言葉もありません。マットをくっつけて休みましたが3人とも良く眠れませんでした。夜間でフロントの方もおられずチェックアウト時にも何の言葉もなかったです。ライブで楽しんだ後だったのに‥

ハンガーが1人につき1本しかなかった。
歯ブラシの質が悪かった。
