Great stay for a short business trip to Utsunomiya!
Pros:

The staff at the front desk when checking in were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The free coffee and bread options in the morning were very nice.

Cons:

Nothing in particular! The room and bathroom/shower was a little tight, but nothing to complain about really.

私の携帯電話の問題かもしれませんが、受付でやり方は聞きましたが、接続出来ませんでした（ちなみに他のホテルではこのような現象にはならない）。他は問題無かっただけに残念でした。

スタッフの対応、ホテルの清潔さ、朝食の美味しさ、すべて良かったです！

Cons:

シャンプーなどの使用感があまり良くなかったので価格は同じくらいで別のメーカーに替えたらいいかな、と思いました。あと、お部屋に荷物を載せたり広げたり出来る台みたいなのがあれば便利。
