A lovely boutique hotel with spacious rooms and suites -- and the ability to combine rooms into even bigger suites. Indoor and outdoor dining is available for the homey breakfast served. Clean, functional gym. Only thing missing is a homey bar.

Great location, great vibe , lovely staff

It was a small, elegant, boutique hotel with lots of amenities. What made the difference was the whole staff. From the morning breakfast staff to the front desk staff to the evening staff, to the drivers and the cleaning group. The team makes a great difference!

This is an amazing boutique luxury hotel in the Polanco area of Mexico City. I would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 5 and took 3 rooms. Our rooms were all gorgeous, comfortable and spacious. My room in particular (Deluxe King suite) was the size of a small apartment and was fantastic. The bathrooms are large and the shower pressure is fabulous. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was turndown service in the late afternoon. The staff is amazing and attentive. Although there is no restaurant, the hotel offers a very nice breakfast as part of the room rate, and brings coffee (and whatever else you might need) to your room upon request. The hotel offers a free mescal tasting every evening from 5pm - 10pm and the mescal is really good. There is also a hotel car that will shuttle you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel - e.g., anywhere within the Polanco area.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer, sehr sauber. Am Abend fanden wir immer eine Überraschung auf unserem Kopfkissen, am ersten Abend sogar ein "Sorgenpüppchen" (muñecas quitapenas). Feines Frühstück, der Koch gab sich viel Mühe.

Pros: Quiet and boutique. 40's-meets-modern aesthetic and décor. Staff were very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The room was literally a full apartment with a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and balcony. The room temperature was great and the bed/pillows were a dream. The shower area was huge and boasted two shower heads with excellent water pressure. Despite having no restaurant on site, breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Gym is very clean and adequate, witha nice view of the neighboring park. Location is great in the glitzy Polanco neighborhood.

Campos Polanco was a serene oasis! It was beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast was fantastic-- the chef came out and explained everything to us, all of which was homemade. Cannot say enough-- we loved it!

Incredible stay. Amazing staff, room, and amenities. The breakfasts were such a nice perk and delicious. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed at! Would 1000% recommend, and we can't wait to visit again in the near future.

This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves. The daily breakfast was incredible, with nice fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, and a special feature each morning. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved the design and layout of property. It’s beautiful, elegantly decorated and small which we prefer. The breakfast room and outdoor space are lovely. Front desk staff very helpful and location perfect.
