Pros:

Great people running the hotel. Lovely location, views. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice food. I would love to come back.

Room service and food. View from the terrace is awesome

Cons:

Bedsheets were not that great. it had some stains. Staff changed it from we complained

It was quite average stay.
Pros:

There was no extra space/dormitory for driver. The parking space was not sufficient Also in the name of buffet you only serve 2-3 items in breakfast. Coffee was not available. Moreover non veg items were not there. So ultimately in the name of buffet you are fooling people.

The room was absolutely outstanding—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every detail reflected thoughtful planning, from the cozy bedding to the well-organized amenities. The ambiance was calm and inviting, making it perfect for relaxation after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others.

Great Comfortable Budget Stay
Pros:

The location was good- outskirts of main Dharamshala
Rooms were decent - a little small but there was a balcony for ventilation
Cafe at top of the hotel was really Good
