cant fault The Ortus Residency ... we had an outstanding stay.
from the moment ew arrived we were made feel welcome by the exceptional staff, taken to a big room with a fantastic view of the Himalayas from the balcony, and everything we wanted (good internet connection, fans, aircon, good shower, comfy bed, tea/coffee, coffee table, couch ... had everything just right
the restaurants (breakfast and dinner - we had both during our stay) we superb ... great food, awesome service
the front office and housekeeping staff were first class
i would happily recommend to family and friends and will most certainly stay again when next in Dharamshala

A comfortable property with outstanding views of the mountains.

Room service and food. View from the terrace is awesome

Cons:

Bedsheets were not that great. it had some stains. Staff changed it from we complained

It was quite average stay.
Pros:

There was no extra space/dormitory for driver. The parking space was not sufficient Also in the name of buffet you only serve 2-3 items in breakfast. Coffee was not available. Moreover non veg items were not there. So ultimately in the name of buffet you are fooling people.

No extra services, prices, food, parking
