Les abords de l'hôtel sont sales (mais c'est un peu partout comme ça si on n'est pas dans un hôtel situé directement sur la plage). La piscine est sympa et agréable. Les chambres sont correctes, la literie confortable. La salle de bain aurait eu besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Bref, ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais compte tenu du prix, c'est correct.

A quiet, family-friendly hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the town centre, but in a peaceful spot away from loud bars. Lovely pool and hammocks for relaxing. Staff are very welcoming.

Hotel grounds are beautiful and the rooms are decent size and clean.

This is a budget friendly hotel in a quiet area of Holbox, but within a short walk to all of the things one would need. Friendly staff, clean pool, and a huge deck off our suite that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our room (#1) was really not that clean. Could use some deepcleaning. Roads after the rain in Isla Holbox are full of water and the area of the villas is in not very tidy neighbourhood. As room was on the 1st floor we heard everybody passes through our vindow and actually there was little of privacy.

Relativement proche de la plage, il faut compter 10-15min à pied pour être dans le centre.
La piscine est agréable

The room was clean and location was good. The lived the pool and the hammocks around the facility. Would stay here again.

Decent budget hotel just outside the main center of town.
Room was pretty comfortable. Water pressure left a bit to be desired. We had a fridge and a sink area with a microwave, which we didn't use.
Balcony overlooked the pool area.
As to the pool, the beds and umbrellas were fairly dated and tired. The pool itself was cleaned every few days, but was very warm the entire time. Not a refreshing pool at all.
It rained a lot when we were there, and the surrounding pool area was flooded a lot of the time we were there.

A/C problems, I entered through the back door because the main door was all full of water.

Mauricio was great and helpful with what he could, always smiling and asking us how we were doing. If he was not at the front desk, was easy to reach on what’s app. The room was fine - basic, but what we needed. Wifi terrible (but that’s an island thing…). Hammocks were nice to lay in and pool was kept clean. We wanted to play volleyball on the court, but there wasn’t a ball, told to use a soccer ball that had been used in the pool…that was disappointing. Property overall could use some love and care…Was very quiet, but convenient to the beach and restaurants nearby. Visit the fruit stand nearby for delicious mangos!

Todo marcho muy bien. Excepto que teníamos unas bebidas de cortesia por nuestros puntos en hoteles y no los las ofrecieron. Fuera de eso el hotel y todo excelente. El hotel no cuenta con elevador por lo cual se recomienda elegir habitaciones de pb

The front desk staff were friendly and also helpful with providing us with fresh towels. We liked that we were in a quiet part of town and that we couldn't hear our neighbours at all through the walls. Housekeeping was extremely average, most days leaving our dirty towels and not replacing them unless we asked. We were happy to have hot showers, though the shower leaked and there wasn't an adequate bath mat to soak up the water (instead, a rubber door mat was provided which was useless). The fridge is tiny and the safe is so small you can't fit a laptop in it so we didn't bother using it. The bed was comfy and it was an easy walk to Centro and the beach from this location.

Muy buena opción para hospedarse en holbox, comodidad y accesible a la playa y zona centro. La única observación es que no cambiaron las toallas en las noches que estuvimos y no lavaron el baño. De ahí en más nos encantó el hotel.

El personal super amable. Lugar agradable. Unicos inconvenientes, las bicicletas inservibles y agua del baño no salio muy bien de la regadera. Pero en general muy espaciosa y limpia.

Nos encantó pudimos caminar al centro de el
Pueblo sin ningún problema .

Nice outdoor area. Rooms are basic but have a small fridge and a microwave.
A light blanket would be a great option and the ability to kick the door with a key from the outside. There was alot of early morning door slamming as that is the only way to kick up when leaving
