While the work is largely isolated to our lobby level, we will do our utmost to minimize the impact on the overall guest experience. Easy and speedy check in. Large bathroom with 2 separate sinks, a bath and a huge shower. L’Occitane bathroom products which smelt divine. The lighting in the room was very good, some hotel rooms are quite dimly lit, not here! Nice clean swimming pool. The hotel was in a good location 10 -15 minute walk to CN tower and harbour. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel giving different dinner options.

Breakfast was too slow and too up-market. No need for the fancy breakfast - ate out for breakfast after day 1.
Hot water machine on floor was broken so no access to make tea without going to the restaurant to get cups of boiling water to take to the room. There was no hot water for showering on the last morning. Disappointing for the price. I would always expect hot water to wash!

Location was great. The front desk staff were amazing. The bar/restaurant had a great happy hour and food was quite good. The facility was modern and easy to get to by public transport (if needed) and walkable to Billy Bishop airport.
We really enjoyed our three night stay, very comfortable, friendly approachable staff and great location. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel, a great experience. As soon as you walked in you felt welcome.
we only used this hotel for sleep honestly - the cleaning staff was amazing. Our room was species and clean. Hotel is walk distance to pretty much everyone you might want to visit and nice restaurants around it.

The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the staff did a great job maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
The only thing I missed was having breakfast included, although the in-room coffee machine was a nice convenience.
