這地點真的很好，要去要去CN tower 及藍鳥隊主場和中國城用走路都不遠，飯店門口就有路面電車很方便！飯店櫃台服務小姐很熱心幫我們解說，房間寬敞，下次有機會再來多倫多一定是首選！

Always a great stay when I’m in town. Very nice and accommodating staff. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. Every employee is pleasant and respectful.

.The Sutton Place Hotel gave me the best experience I’ve ever had in all my years staying at hotels. From the moment I arrived for the Caribana Festival, the staff treated me and my fellow retired New York City Police Department officers with genuine care and professionalism.

Diondre set the tone from day one. He introduced himself, remembered all our names, and made sure we were taken care of every time we saw him. The Caribana snack table with sodas and beef patties was a perfect touch before heading out to the festivities. I also had trouble getting around to certain places in Toronto, and Diondre personally helped me get to every destination. The Sutton Place Hotel truly found a jewel. If I ever open a hotel, he’s the first person I’m hiring as a manager.

Miriam, the restaurant manager, handled a situation I had with grace and professionalism. She was consistently kind, and I appreciate her for that.

Ankar makes the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. He put real effort into it—shaking that mixer like he was trying to break a record—just to make sure it was perfect for me. I appreciate that level of dedication.

I can’t forget Vanaati, the room attendant for room 511. She kept my room smelling fresh and feeling comfortable every single day.

The rooms themselves were extremely spacious, and for the price, it was absolutely worth it.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The CN Tower is less than a 10‑minute walk, and the Toronto Blue Jays stadium is also walking distance. Shoppers Market is directly across the street, so anything you need is right there.

This was an amazing experience. I’m telling every police officer, friend, and family member to stay at The Sutton Place Hotel. They made me want to come back again next month—maybe I’ll catch a baseball game while I’m there.

The rest of the team was great too, especially the female Asian security officer—top notch. Security overall was excellent, and your family will feel safe.

Fabulous hotel. Extremely comfortable, staff were amazing and great location

This is one of the nicer places we’ve stayed. We were warmly greeted by check-in upon arrival, who also spent quite a bit of time sorting thru nearby Toronto attractions. The hotel decor was simple but elegant. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. Sound insulation was good, given its location in downtown. CN Tower, Central Station, waterfront and sports arenas are all an easy walk. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff were awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was amazing and the staff in the restaurant area were amazing. I met a very beautiful and kind staff member on the day of my departure who was simply an angel! I would recommend this hotel and I would most definitely stay here again!

We had a double double room which was very spacious.
Water and ice machines on the floor were really great.
Gym was well equipped and had water machine and cold towels.
Good location.
