Thank you for choosing King Blue Hotel Toronto. We are pleased to announce the addition of our new restaurant and bar to our lobby, which is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2023. Gemütlich und absolute top Lage
Pros:

Top zentral gelegen, schöne, große Zimmer. Pool und Fitnessbereich einladend. Man kann fussläufig viele Touri Hotspots erreichen. Tram fährt direkt vor der Tür. Dennoch ruhig.

Cons:

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Wir waren eine Woche dort. Einziger (Mini)Kritikpunkt: es gab nur eine Kaffeetasse, auf Nachfrage wurde eine zweite gebracht, allerdings nur an einem Tag.

Great family stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble, check in and out both really smooth, we never saw an unfriendly face anywhere; perfect location close to the baseball; lovely comfortable room, extra bottled water was supplied when requested.

Cons:

One afternoon when swimming with my kids there were 4 unsupervised boys who threw a ball at us hard (and stung) and were shouting the whole time, dive bombing etc which took the shine off but this is the fault of the parents not the hotel. The only other things and this is being really picky is it would have been nice to have the option of self service laundry facilities and also a hot tub by the pool!

Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff😃
Pros:

Amazing Hotel and the staff was so helpful and polite and welcoming, our room 306 was so nice and big and so well cleaned all the time but we gave her days off ❤️ The food in the Hotwl was amazing, and the reception boys where so good all of them 😃 We will definitely come back to this Hotel it is a perfect located. Thank you for taking care of us best regards from Iceland ❤️

My favorite hotel I have ever stayed at.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, the location was excellent. I like the security measures taken where a key card is required to enter the hotel at night and to use the elevators.

Cons:

One late night I noticed the lights in the hallway were turned off except for a few very dimmed lights. (Late night of Tuesday March 17 until the next day). I can understand that they may have been trying to save energy or perhaps there was a malfunction with the lights, and this was the first time I noticed it during our stay. I thought about someone returning to their rooms in the dark or someone knocking on my door and I imagined it would have been a little scary not to be able to see clearly.

Definitely a place worth experiencing!!!
Pros:

I enjoyed the quietness and the helpful staff. There is a nice Asian( I believe) young man who was great. I appreciate them helping me and even bringing me something to my room to help me celebrate my birthday.

Cons:

Nothing not to like this palace is wonderful especially the delicious breakfast at Abrielle.

Sutton Place is warm and inviting filled with a friendly and helpful staff in a great location.
Pros:

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They had great recommendations and were overall just so nice. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great, you’re close to so many restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. This is my second time staying at the property and I will be back again.

Cons:

Nothing! I will definitely stay at Sutton Place again!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, sauber, große Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider auch wieder eines der Hotels, in dem man die Fenster nicht einmal einen Spalt weit aufmachen kann. Man ist daher zu 100% auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen. Wirklich ärgerlich.

The location was perfect and the hotel had everything we needed and more!
Pros:

I really enjoyed how spacious our room was & how friendly the staff were. They were always there when we needed them. The hotel is also in a great location!
