Overall a good spot with great access to everything. Just need to improve on cleaniless.
Pros:

Great views, very friendly and helpful staff and pretty decent breakfast. The garden suite I got as a family of 4 was perfect and comfortable.

Cons:

It sits right on top of a hill so it’s quite a steep climb. Something to take note of especially if you have elderly parents travelling with you. The cleanliness can be improved, especially in the bathroom and the towels can be better washed as I saw stains on one of them during my stay.

So comfortable
Pros:

We had the best time staying here. It was so cosy and a great place to come back to after spending time in the cold mountains of sapa. The view was amazing, location was great, breakfast was nice, and the staff were exceptional; always greeting us and even helping us book tours seamlessly. We’d highly recommend staying here for your time in sapa!

Nothing, we loved it here!

Toll!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein gemütliches Zimmer ganz oben. Man muss drei Stockwerke zu Fuss ohne Aufzug gehen, das macht aber nichts, wir wurden mit einem grandiosen Ausblick direkt über der Wolkenkante belohnt, währen Sa Pa selbst noch im Nebel steckte.

Beautiful but cold
Cons:

It was very cold. Conditioning was not enough. Even when we asked for additional heating, it was not very effective because there were holes in the windows and doors. It seems that it is not adapted for cold weather.

Lovely place
Pros:

The location is good. Excellent mountain views. The staff is very helpful, especially the lovely gentleman who's running the breakfast kitchen. Even with the limited knowledge of English, he can win your heart. Breakfast pho is amazing, good variety too. The view from the restaurant deck is top notch. There's a pizza place next door called Chicago. They have amazing pizza which you can smell from the hotel at all times. Go try them.

Cons:

One of the rooms we got (the family room) did not have a drain for the shower cubicle, instead the water went under the sink on the tile to a drain outside of the cubicle. This made the bathroom floor wet at all times. The exhaust fan worked, but appeared to have no suction, which made the wet floor situation worse. Apart from that, the rooms could have brighter paints and better lighting.

お部屋はちょうどいい広さで、バスルームもゆったりしていて使いやすかったです
ベッドのファブリックや建物が可愛い。各階がギャラリー風になっているので、1階までエレベーターを使わず階段で降りると色んな絵画などを楽しめます。
朝食のフォーの他、私が泊まった日はおこわが出てとても美味しかったです！

Cons:

眺めのいいお部屋はエレベーター無し（7階へ上がって、そこから階段で更に上がる）で少しきつい。ただし下の階とは雰囲気が異なって特別感ありました。
シャワーのレバーがシックなお洒落デザインで、手が泡だらけだと滑って回せなかった
