Comfy room but far from shops.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the room was a good size for twin beds and the self catering facilities were good. The view from the window was lovely.

Cons:

Location was not near shops, restaurants and cafes. Very expensive. If you decide to buy a drink in the lovely bar, be prepared to pay top dollar - extremely expensive. Design of bathroom was poor considering it was a room for someone with disabilities.

Cozy apartment that fits a family of four.
Pros:

Location within minutes’ walk to Zürich HB, cleanliness, useful kitchenette, and suitability for a family of four adults. The apartment is furnished beautifully and it felt homely. The family particularly loved the high-stool dining table set which we had meals together.

Cons:

The rate was on the highest end of the price range on the days we were booked. But we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, great facilities and breakfast
Pros:

Location was great, near to the central train station. Good breakfast provided and a kitchenette.

Cons:

Nothing. Perhaps the property could consider providing some oil, salt and pepper in the kitchen.

La ubicación , te guardan la valija tenes máquina de agua y café a disposición

Pague por una habitación cama doble y dormí en un sillón cama y ustedes solo me devuelven un mínimo , es una vergüenza dicen que se comunican con el hotel , pero no les creo nada , muy insatisfecha con booking

L’odeur vraiment désagréables dans le couloir du 4 etage parce q nos voisins étaient des gens de l’inde qui cuisiner avec des epices rares,et quand on sortait et on revenait l’odeur ne disparaissait pas
