Important warning for future guests
Pros:

Nothing just we wish didn't been there because they aren't honest with their clients

Cons:

Warning for future guests: please do not forget your belongings in this hotel, as they may not be returned. I left a large box of LEGO pieces in the room, which had great financial and emotional value for my son. I contacted the hotel many times, but they often did not answer, and when they did, I received no real help. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of lost items.

Take out a double mortgage if you want to visit Switzerland!
Pros:

Location on a main tram line was good, also within walking distance of the Old City and its attractions.

Cons:

This is a general comment on the whole of Switzerland, not just this hotel - the prices of food and drink are way over the top, and spoil the tourist's experience of an otherwise beautiful country.

Great stay
Pros:

This was a fantastic find! The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and all the main tourist attractions. The accommodation was clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

Convenience to Zurich HB train station.

Cons:

Our key cards didn't work at first and staff made me feel like it was my fault (did I go up the wrong elevator? Did I go up a set of stars? No! I went to the room with my room number as directed, and the card was not activated) and barely acknowledged the inconvenience, with no apologies. It was a poor first impression.

Secondly, there is a heat wave and the room aircon was no cooler than outside, with less air flow.

We also had ants wake us - we only had been in the room for 12 hours!

Pros:

Breakfast is good, location is convenient.

Cons:

The hotel is quite difficult to spot from the road. I drove past it three times because the property isn't easily recognizable from the street, so keep a close eye out when arriving.
