再びバルセロナなら迷わずこのホテル
Pros:

ホテルスタッフの丁寧・親切な対応と気配り。
朝食がビュッフェのみでなく、卵料理やパンケーキなどは個別にオーダーしてテーブルまで持ってきてくれる方式で、一般的なホテルと違ってレストランの装飾が素晴らしくとてもリッチな気分で朝食が味わうことができる。

The breakfast was nice. The staff there was mostly very nice except for one lady that was unfriendly, unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly staff, with an amazing restaurant. The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable.

Wonderful chic hotel
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights. Ramon checked me in and was pleasant and thorough. I was immediately impressed by the chic decor.

My room was very nice, facing an interior courtyard. It was compact, and TBH it would have been cramped for 2 people.The design of the room was efficient and it had all the amenities, other than an iron which is not a given in Europe. I'm sure they would have brought one had I asked.

It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and the linens were high-quality. The AC was superb, for which I was grateful as it was very hot during my stay.

I didn't swim in the pool but did go up to the pool deck which is lovely, with a view of the Sagrada Familia in the distance.

I had one meal at the restaurant and wished I had gone there the first night because I would have gone there for 2 meals instead of just one.

The staff at the restaurant is super pleasant, especially Eduardo and Joanna. The food was excellent but the staff made the experience even better.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, and the rooms are clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was amazing with an à la carte choice of eggs of all kinds! Great location, close to the Ramblas and other must-sees!
The pool on the roof was refreshing!

Cons:

Little minus: not a lot of sunbeds by the pool!
