Great hotel in a central location.
Pros:

The staff was great; very helpful & pleasant. They remembered what we liked; which was quite amazing. We enjoyed afternoon drinks/snacks and the one family dinner we had in the hotel restaurant. The staff went out of their way to make space for us when my sister's arrival from Finland was delayed. The hotel is centrally located. We walked everywhere and also took bus and subway to places that were further away. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

Cons:

I don't eat a big breakfast, so it was "overkill" to pay $25 for breakfast. I wish there was an option to pay less for coffee (which was delicious) and a pastry (continental breakfast). Not much to dislike other than that.
