Pros:

The staff. All the lads at reception were a good laugh, which comparison to other hotels in the old city was very nice.
Big recognition to the bartender, I forget his name, but he was a lovely guy.
The room and access was all so brilliant and after a long flights from the Algarve - I was able to get some great rest

Cons:

Although MUCH better than Movitel (next door), the value for money just let this place down. But if you want somewhere fresh and clean. Come to this hotel.
