Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Mixed signals: many guests call rooms 'very clean', but multiple reports of housekeeping lapses (food under covers, a false lash found, dirty couch cushions, tablet on sofa, questions about whether sheets were changed) indicate inconsistent cleaning standards.
Service
9.9
Generally praised as excellent and friendly by numerous guests; a few reports note unhappy staff, rude bartenders during happy hour, and one incident where a guest felt threatened — overall service is strong but with occasional staff-attitude problems.
Location
9.95
Consistently positive: many reviews call the location 'perfect', 'close to everything' and 'convenient to shopping', making location a clear strength.
Room Quality
9.3
Rooms frequently described as spacious, comfortable, with good outlets and strong shower pressure; some isolated issues (leaking shower head, dirty couch cushions) detract from otherwise high room quality.
Amenities
9.1
Breakfast repeatedly praised and the pool/outdoor area appreciated. Minor negatives include limited breakfast seating and occasional cleanliness concerns affecting in-room amenities.
Value for Money
8.2
Mixed-to-negative: several guests complained about high prices (especially event surcharges) and one guest said price was higher than expected; others felt value was acceptable, but value perception is weaker than other areas.
Food and Beverage
9.4
Breakfast is frequently called delicious/wonderful and a highlight for many guests; a few complaints about service at the bar (rude bartenders) reduce a perfect score.
Overall Experience
9.15
Mostly very positive — many guests would stay again and highlight clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff; a subset of cleanliness and pricing issues temper the overall experience for some travelers.

Very spacious room. Had plenty of outlets for both usb and regular outlets. Very clean and comfortable. Great for business travel!

Value was good for service provided.
Pros:

Shower head was leaking in room 105. Other than that, pretty good stay.

Cons:

Broken shower head made it hard to shower but was able to overcome.

Ok. Good value for money. But wonder how much it was actually cleaned
Pros:

Location and size

Cons:

There was a tablet on the sofa and when we got in to bed late at night there was a box of half eaten nerd sweets under the covers that was not from us which makes me wonder whether the beds were actually changed. And how much the room was cleaned of there was a tablet on the sofa. Breakfast was ok.

Great experience, but the price increase due to an event is ridiculous!
Pros:

The clean, quite facility was great. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Cons:

The price increase due to a social event during my stay-which I wasn’t there to attend. The ridiculous price increases due to weekend events price most out of town. When a hotel room costs an average mortgage payment for a weekend stay, average people are forced to stay at home and forgo the trip.
