I would return but to a bigger room.
Pros:

Great location. We enjoyed Darling Harbour and catching the very nearby ferry. The Maritime Museum was also excellent. Very tasty and well presented breakfasts. Very comfortable bed. Staff lovely and attentive.

Cons:

As older people who go to the bathroom in the night, the tight bed situation was very tricky. So much so I asked to change to a bigger room but none were available.
In my side of bed no room for table and bed jammed up against the patio window.
Also we had too much luggage for the room at the start of a 3 week trip.

Great location and the desk and cafe staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, easy access by train/light rail. Food and drinks were fabulous.
Pros:

Location was perfect. We were so close to Darling Harbor and had dinner across the road! We were just a short stroll to the fireworks and it was a lovely evening for our visitors from the UK. Staff were great and the breakfast was very good. We spent some time in the lobby seating area having cocktails which was an added bonus.

Cons:

The room was a good size but the abundance of furniture made it feel a little cramped. Our family member from the UK had booked a bigger room but without the harbor view and said their room was spacious.

Good value for money, great location, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the main city centre, like 10 mins tops, very clean hotel, loved the rituals products in the bathroom, also the Dyson hairdryer was nice. The rooms tv has chrome cast which is handy. Lovely complimentary coffee and teas and biscuits, slippers in room. There was an in room safe too. Good value for the price I got. Comfortable stay, would recommend.

Cons:

This was certainly on me for not reading closely but we booked a “compact” double and it was just that. Very small. Bed pushed against the corner so only open, barely, at the foot and one side, and a bathroom. No desk, chairs, etc.
Having said that, it was nice and it was clean.
Location made up for it!

Service should improve and be equal for all customers
Pros:

In the way property looks, and facilities, it was good.

Cons:

The review is related to the staff, I saw how they were serving other tables, great service, tap water, and quick interaction, but with me as single, was so different.
I had to go to the counter to order twice, and once was served with water.
Plus, my friend on our way back to the airport call to ask she left a purse there just to immediately to go back, and the staff who picked the call said, will call you right now after checking, and no one called her back for something that was urgent.

Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lige. Morgenmaden var lækker men portionerne lidt små til vores 18-årige søn så vi var nødt til at tilkøbe en ret.
