Great location, friendly staff & amazing service!
Pros:

Great location! The metro is a 2 minute walk away, close to the ICC & darling harbour! The room although small was lovely, staff were very friendly and welcoming! Loved all the little extras the hotel thought of, nice boutique feel. Breakfast and coffee was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Cons:

Couldn’t really be helped but as our room was close to the street the cars beeping early in the morning on the road was annoying but can’t really be helped. Overall a fabulous stay!

Great short stay, small but comfy rooms when you have minimal luggage. I’d stay again 😊
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and value for money! Late checkout.

Cons:

You have to close the shower door so the smoke alarm doesn’t activate. Then the mirror remains steamy for a long time.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Loved the location in Darling Harbour. Close to all of the restaurants and walking distance to CBD. Less crowded as well. The staff was excellent but special thanks to Alejandra at the front desk. She was exceptional and made our holiday special. Enjoyed the robes and slippers and cookies every night! Also the distilled water capabilities.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like - exceptional hotel!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich spitze. Nachts war es ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Dusche und das Internet waren sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet. Dass das Bad nur mit einer Schiebetür vom Zimmer getrennt ist und es dadurch sehr hellhörig ist, ist nicht optimal gelöst.

Wkend get away in Darling Harbour
Pros:

We stayed 5 days here and we loved it. The location is amazing walking distance to the city and darling harbour. The room was a good size, very clean. I really like the buttons for do not disturb an housekeeping. The staff were exceptional nothing was a problem. Breakfast was so good that we went back every morning.

Cons:

I found the restaurant very cold when dining.

Nice hotel& location but tiny room, no computer desk,inadequate for someone travelling for work.
Pros:

Location was very good. Shower was spacious and water hot.

Cons:

The room was tiny, and the pictures in the Booking.com site did not adequately show how small it was. Two big concerns were 1. there was no desk space at all to open a computer, the closest being a tiny table that was barely big enough to have a teacup on it. Having even a fold-down desk to work at would have been something with the tiny space available. 2. the only place to sit apart from the bed was directly under the coat-hanger rack, so one couldn't do both.
