Clean, lovely staff.
Though the rooms are not very big everything in them is top quality with a very comfortable king bed and plenty of room for bags. The bathroom is beautiful.
Excellent location, easy to find and very close to the Lyric Theatre.
Loved everything - it was all fabulous.
The location was great. We found it an easy walk to Chinatown, Surrey Hills and Circular Quay (30mins)
The staff were very helpful and the room very clean.
The bed felt so small. I think it is a Double. We are not big people but we have a King bed at home so it felt quite cramped.

Beautiful room, facilities and great location

Location was amazing. Walkable in to the city. On the harbour side with loads of lovely bars and restaurants close by. Metro and light rail within 100 yards. Room was clean and comfortable and the tea/ coffee was replenished each day.
Ground floor area is small so not somewhere you'd stay for a drink. No loo brush and they didnt clean the toilet for a couple of days. View from the room a little disappointing but we weren't in it much so didn't really matter.
The hotel was clean, well kept and quite comfortable, staff very friendly and the restaurant was a great breakfast option for us each day. Room was comfortable clean and felt new and the room had everything you need for a short stay. Bathroom was great also. Especially like being able to refill for free the water and sparkling water at the taps in the hallway.
My only one tiny criticism and not huge at all. The rooms are quite small even though I had a balcony. That was the saving grace for me as I get a little claustrophobic. Thankfully I was staying alone but if my partner was with me, it wouldn’t have been enough space for the two of us. However, the room was comfortable otherwise and felt new. Bed was and pillows were great and had all you could need.
Location was great next to Pyrmont Bridge, short walk to ferry and close to Fish Markets. Service was great. Upmarket bathroom products with Dyson hairdryer.
Room was tiny. So so value for money.

Leider wurde der Boden in Bad nicht richtig sauber gemacht, Haare von den Gästen vor uns lagen den ganzen Aufenthalt über im Eck. Auch eine freundliche Reklamation bei der Rezeption änderte daran nichts!
The property was in the perfect location. I upgraded our room to the queen size with balcony view and the view did not disappoint. I asked the staff if they could do anything nice for my partners birthday and they’ve gifted us with complementary drinks during our stay. This hotel was amazing and beautifully decorated and so easy to get to and from around the city. We even hired the electric bikes to get around and was able to park them close to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing it was all perfect.
