We had a great stay at Holiday Inn.
The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us.
The hotel was also great. The condition was excellent and the location was first class. It’s literally on top of a metro station and opposite a food court. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are visiting that part of Shanghai
Food was pretty good, staff was friendly and rooms were pretty modern.
A bit unfortunate that staff could barely speak any English, but they did have a live speech translator device.
staff doesnt speaks english, they didnt wanted to recognize that my room was already paid so it was kinda a problem but at the end everything went good
