Great place for a one or 2 night stay. Very clean. Dove toiletry products. They have wash cloths!!! Hot breakfast. Coffee, tea available 24 hours. They have Shuttle service to the airport. I was checking out on a cruise embarkation day and the receptionist was able to get me on a shuttle to the cruise terminal with other people. That was so nice. The hotel doesn't have regular shuttle to the cruise terminal The shuttle cost was average. The staff were friendly and seemed happy to answer questions.
The free shuttle only makes 4 trips to and from the airport. My plane landed outside of the shuttle time frame. But there are taxis and ride shares waiting in line to be hired at the airport.
Also the location is not good if you don't have a car. Not walkable to restaurants or stores.But ride share readily available.
The staff was the best part of the entire stay. They were very accommodating.
The room appeared to be old and rundown! The tiles on the floor were lifted which is already a major safety hazard but the fact that I had to get a handicapped room was even more scarier. The shower had mold, there were dead bugs (palmetto I believe) on the floor and I didn’t even have towels/wash/handcloths! I had to call and then go downstairs after midnight and a long day of driving and heat to go get them. I was disappointed with this property but as I stated above, the staff was amazing and tried to do what they could to assist
The bed was really comfortable like the clean bathroom and breakfast .
The shuttle service was out of service like the WiFi connection during my stay

Frühstück war ok. (Rühreier kalt), Bett war recht bequem. Hotel für ankommende und abreisende Gäste (Airport ist 10 Minuten entfernt). Kein Fluglärm!

Duschtür nicht dicht (haben 2x dort übernachtet - bei beiden malen lief das Wasser raus)
Frühstück schnell vergriffen (nur bis 09.30 Uhr). Angestellte total Lustlos.
UND: In der Lobby/Frühstücksraum läuft auf Groß-TV zum Frühstück "Predator". Da bleibt einem das Essen im Hals stecken wenn beim abbeißen des Toasts eine Wirbelsäule aus dem Rücken des Verstorbenen rausgerissen wird. Sehr Kindgerecht!
Great staff, airport shuttle and close to amazing restaurants

Bed was comfortable.
The staff was extremely unprofessional (severely underdressed, rude, and inpatient with customers).
The room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable.
I had to wait two hours for their shuttle. When I got to the hotel around check in time of 3, I had to wait another hour as rooms were not ready for check in. There is only one restaurant within walking distance from the hotel, otherwise you have to take an Uber.
