Floor coming up in areas and the room looked liked it hadn't been seriously cleaned in years. I had to wipe down all surfaces because there were crumbs and gooey areas everywhere. Room 404.
Bed
Floor and bathroom door falling apart from water damage. Shower doors need to clean and fix seals.
Vinal flooring was curling up in many places creating a tripping hazard. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor.

The front desk attendant (I believe her name was Maggie) really made our stay. From my first interaction—calling to request a shuttle from the airport—she was welcoming and helpful, even though she was working alone and handling a high volume of guests and calls. She was incredibly kind, and because of her service I would definitely stay here again.
That said, the room could use more attention from the cleaning staff. There were stains on the bedding, hair in the shower stall, and the wall near the bathroom trash can had splashes that looked like they hadn’t been wiped down. These all seemed like items that could have been addressed with a more thorough cleaning.
Breakfast was sufficient. We stayed one night before a cruise, and while it wasn’t anything special, we were able to grab fruit, a pastry, and coffee to hold us over. Overall, the customer service made the stay—my main suggestion would be improved attention to detail with housekeeping
