It was a easy booking process and was close to my destination.
Unclean bathroom and limited breakfast.
Definitely would use again. Very polite , courteous and friendly. Got off the cruise ship early and they accommodated me with an early check in. The Host was so nice. and her manner and professionalism was warming. The hallways and room smelled and looked clean, well kept and maintained.

The staff, especially the front desk are totally amazing. The building needs work. Really needs reconditioned.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле с момента открытия. Пока отель был новый, все было отлично. Но с каждым годом отель стареет, но обслуживанием никто не занимается. В этот раз в номере не работал телевизор и, что самое ужасное, смыв унитаза. Вода просто не набиралась. Очень неприятный опыт.

The location was close to the ft Lauderdale Airport. Close to every where I needed to visit. Breakfast was complimentary it was okay. The coffee was my favorite part. The beds were comfortable and cozy.
The Staff were unknowlegeable about a lot of things. Upon check in I requested my packages that were shipped there and was told it wasn't there even after checking my Amazon account and it said it was delivered. The packages were sitting right there. (Litterally looking at me) I was forced to bring them on the plane with me when I had plans of shipping them. The TV in the room didn't work. We asked the Front desk lady how to get it working, she answered with sarcasm ( the remote) Like OH I'm that dumb not to use the remote ( Shout out to the maintenence guy He's the best) the rest of the Front desk crew just don't show any level of professionalism. I doubt I will stay here again.
