Amazing and exceeding expectations definitely would work again!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The cooks kept on asking if everything was up to our standards. If we want something that they haven't brought out yet they will bring it to us. Room service was amazing! We weren't expecting room service when we went out and it exceeded our expectations. The whole property was clean and exceeded our expectations. The staff was nice, friendly and bilingual which was great for some of our family that didn't speak spanish. Also the parking made us feel so safe and secure for our cars. There is someone there to greet you when you park your car. Also the parking is gated which not a lot of hotels have! Definitely would book again!

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like! The hotel was amazing and there was nothing to make me not like it! Everything was amazing from check in to check out! Nothing bad to say about the hotel! Definitely would book again!

I had reserved before and they were all very welcoming but this time one of the security and even the manager was asking

The security that was at night, was not nice, made a comment about parking the car in the garage.
