El trato del personal es genial. La gente del restaurante, de recepción...no nos pudieron tratar mejor.
Sobre el hotel, no busques estándares españoles de hoteles. Pero si te adaptas un poco, disfrutarás de la experiencia

Cons:

Las noches en el hotel son aburridas, ahí quizás falta algo de ocio.
Pero nada importante.

Hôtel exceptionnel, idéalement situé avec un accès à une magnifique plage privée. Le personnel est très efficace et réactif : à la moindre demande, tout est pris en charge en un temps record. Un service irréprochable et une expérience que je recommande vivement.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner excellent et de très bonne qualité, mais malheureusement identique pendant toute la semaine. Un peu plus de variété au fil des jours serait appréciable

Pros:

Une très belle expérience au Dakhla South Bay ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. On s’y sent immédiatement bien accueilli. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No AC - love the beach access
Pros:

Location was great - especially with the beach access and free Airport/Bus transfers.

Cons:

The staff was good except the Morning receptionist was absolutely terrible. Evening receptionist was positive, proactive, with a great attitude - a can-do person with great follow-through. The morning receptionist was the exact opposite. A guest from Germany also brought it up to us. Our ride for activities could be there outside ready to pick us up and she would not bother to let us know that as we sat waiting inside for them to show up. When the driver for the airport transfer showed up she didn't communicate with him that I was the ride but we were waiting for the porter that she called to bring my luggage down from 2 flights of stairs. Instead she said nothing. I had to ask her to tell him since we spoke different languages. She gave us the wrong times for scheduled activities as well as spa treatments.
Room 301 had a sewer smell by the toilet and never had hot water ion the 3 night stay while we were there.

L'accueil, le personnel était au petit soins et disponibles à tous moments

Cons:

La capacité du restaurant qui était insuffisante et le le manque d'anticipation de ce sujet au moment des pointes. Une organisation adéquate aurait pu suffire pour fluidifier le service vu que l'espace est très limité. Mais le lieu est sympa.

Cadre idyllique et reposant
Pros:

Le cadre est exeptionnel, la piscine est super jolie et l’océan est collé il faut juste descendre les escaliers. Personnel au top surtout au restaurant. Cadre idyllique

Cons:

C’est le désert donc pas de supérette ou autres à côté de l’hotel il faudra prevoir lorsque vous irez au centre ville (10-12’)
