Great place love it!!!
Accessibility to downtown. Rooms are gorgeous and roof top bar birdies looked super fun place to go,especially on a sister’s outing.
I would never give the Bradley a bad review they just need to address a couple issues for One. The room is advertised is having a queen pullout bed when it was in fact a twin so we were left short on bed space and the other thing is that Birdies Rooftop was shut down for a private event so we had to find another rooftop bar downtown to enjoy our evening. Two things that we were looking forward to enjoying in our room and our stay that we could not.

It was a fine facility but was not at my normal Marriott standards to which I compare.
For a hotel priced at the Ritz level this was a step down to a Marriott without even Marriott perks. At this price point I expect a indoor/rooftop pool and some amenities like breakfasts and ice machines which dispense 10 cubes a minute and almost no water flow.

Located in a great, safe walkable location! Each space was so beautiful and colorful, our favorite being the rooftop Birdie bar.

I thought the hotel would play up the Vera Bradley connection more. Like a little museum to highlight her collections or connection to hotel. I thought I would see more decorating with Bradley touches. Basically regular hotel with name. Pricey hotel for area.
The roof top bar was pretty disappointing. We were there end of May and thought it would be nicer out. No heaters so didn’t want to stay up there. Would be nice to have music going and inviting reason to be up there.
It’s a very nice hotel with a nice staff and the location is great pretty much could walk to anywhere we wanted to go.
It wasn’t very clean, I found a few things in our room that I found disappointing to see. We were also extremely disappointed birdies the rooftop bar was closed for a private party. This was supposed to be to a little mini honeymoon for us as we work a lot and I told the staff that when we got there we were on our honeymoon. It definitely was disappointing because we wanted to stay on property, but they do have a good location so plenty of other places to go. Just disappointing not being offered a discount or a free meal for the inconvenience. Also not doing anything special for us like a glass of wine? I mean it was our honeymoon but whatever. Clearly the private party was more important to worry about.
This was just a random choice on the way from one place to another place, but it exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely courteous; everything was up to standards for cleanliness; decor was bright without being an assault on the senses; restaurant was very good. I felt I got my money's worth, quite easily. If I'm passing this way again, I will definitely consider staying here again!
