Super comfy and modern deco bedrooms
Pros:

Super comfy bedding, amazing decor, quality ventilation system.

Cons:

The fitness room feels a bit squeezed, is minimally equipped and has no windows.

Bathroom had used eyelashes in the trash can. Power receptacle didn't work. Expensive breakfast.

Dirty and rude staff
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast but had dinner at the Arbor and that was amazing.

Cons:

They need to clean. Dust the lamps, all the trim was dirty. Cobwebs on the ceiling. I found hair in my bed. They never changed sheets it was disgusting. I had to complain at the front desk. When we arrived they didn't even have the right room for us. Luckily I had my receipt from when I booked. The ratings are so high I thought it was going to be to my standards. I hope they can change this around because it would be nice to go back. They need to work on housekeeping and customer service.

We will be back to stay. Staff is always so friendly. and hotel is very clean.
Pros:

Accessibility to downtown. Rooms are gorgeous and roof top bar birdies looked super fun place to go,especially on a sister’s outing.

Cons:

I would never give the Bradley a bad review they just need to address a couple issues for One. The room is advertised is having a queen pullout bed when it was in fact a twin so we were left short on bed space and the other thing is that Birdies Rooftop was shut down for a private event so we had to find another rooftop bar downtown to enjoy our evening. Two things that we were looking forward to enjoying in our room and our stay that we could not.

Nice but not worth the price
Pros:

It was a fine facility but was not at my normal Marriott standards to which I compare.

Cons:

For a hotel priced at the Ritz level this was a step down to a Marriott without even Marriott perks. At this price point I expect a indoor/rooftop pool and some amenities like breakfasts and ice machines which dispense 10 cubes a minute and almost no water flow.
