We enjoyed our stay at The Bradley,
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and the valet service was easy to use. The staff was capable, and our stay went without incident. The facility was clean, beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff was stiff, but capable. The room was comfortable, but small and not really worth the amount paid. There was paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. I would stay here again if the prices were lowered.

My stay was absolutely perfect. I really look forward to going back.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. It is a well thought out design. Luxury at a decent price. Breakfast is not included but I enjoyed a nice coffee each morning from the breakfast bar. The room is equipped with a keurig though. The room also has a hidden mini fridge. On Sunday we had brunch at the restaurant and I loved the whole decor and vibe. The food was very good too and again, the coffee was delicious! While browsing the snack area one night I noticed a little section of Vera Bradley bags for sale, I made a purchase! My only complaint would be to add a few more items to sell as I know I would have bought a few gifts from there!

Cons:

The hair dryer in the room could be more powerful. I would love it there was a boutique with Vera Bradley items for sale. Perhaps, her bag selection and towels and anything else she has.

Enjoy a luxe stay with exceptionally friendly and professional service. Have fun.
Pros:

The room and facilities were luxurious and welcoming. Piano bar and restaurant on ground floor Rooftop open air and enclosed bar/bistro on top. The beds, linens, robes and bathroom were luxe. The location is excellent, adjacent to a hip and bustling restaurant and shopping area that also felt very safe. With all that said, the highest marks go to the staff who went above and beyond. We felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Whenever I am in the Fort Wayne area again I will only stay at The Bradley.

Very disappointing honestly.
Pros:

I use to love the property but it’s gone downhill. I’ve stayed here numerous times since they first opened and it’s just not great anymore.

Cons:

It was quite dirty for the price you pay to stay. There were stains all over the room. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The table leg looked broke but I didn’t want to touch it to find out. There was also stains on the decorative cover thing that sits on the end of the bed but I didn’t get pictures of that.
