Eu tive um problema pra chegar o que atrasou muito. Fiz meu checkin às 02 da manhã e pedi se era possível eu ficar até o final do dia, já que não estava lotado.

Não deixaram, então achei que faltou um pouco de empatia por parte dos funcionários.
