Dessa vez nossa experiência teve um dessabor, o horário do checkin informado é para 14h, porém meu quarto foi liberado por volta das 16h30min. Cheguei no hotel às 15h e ficamos esperando liberar o quarto. A recepção não me deu mais do que uma simples justificativa por isso, dizendo, segundo o funcionário, que é normal isso acontecer. Eu deixei claro para ele que não, não é normal. No dia estava chovendo também, foi bastante chato passar por isso.
