There is a 30 second walk up a hill to get here. Most transportation won’t drive up to the lobby.

Check-in/check-out were easy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms are nice sized with a patio/balcony. Beds very comfortable.

Water was hit or miss with pressure and temperature. Minimal lighting in the bathroom.

The one thing we thought they should change is a discount for breakfast. They give you a one time discount, but we thought it should be daily for hotel guests.

It was a great stay otherwise in a great location and we would stay here again.

FYI awesome restaurant across the street too.

We stayed here for twelve nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Ao Nang, in walking distance of shops, restaurants, ticket boots for longtails and the beach. Nice room with a very big comfortable bed. Storage room is a bit lacking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Higly recommended.

Excellent customer service, good breakfast options and great location

When we first booked online, we had requested quiet rooms on a high floor for three nights. Upon arrival a couple months later, we were instead placed on the second floor right above the pool where kids play and scream all day!! We asked to change rooms right away but they were full. The front desk did not seem particularly concerned or helpful.

This is not a quiet hotel. You’re either roadside or poolside. It’s bustling during high season. And even in the dead of night you can hear other guests talking (or moaning) and doors slamming.

The location is decent and it’s a fair value but I would avoid staying here if you value peace and quiet. I

Aonang Dugong was my favorite accommodation of my entire Thailand trip! If you are traveling in Ao Nang, I would recommend this hotel. The bed was spacious, the rooms were very clean, the air conditioning was cold, the bathrooms were nice, and it was in a perfect location 5 minutes from the beach. The pool is wonderful too!! The only thing I was a little upset with was the customer service at times. The front desk workers were rude to us on a few different occasions, which was upsetting. Other than that, 10/10 experience!

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were a good size. We stayed for 5 nights and it would have been nice to have a dresser to unpack my clothes. I do not like to live out of a suitcase, so the fact that the huge room only had 5 hangers and no dresser was disappointing. Also, there is no counter in the bathroom for toiletries.
I would not recommend paying extra for the breakfast because it is not good. They only served watermelon for a fruit choice and the breakfast was the same every day. The coffee machine runs out of either water or coffee beans continuously.
The pool is nice, but has limited seating and only one umbrella for shade. No one cleans the pool and by the 5th day there was a layer of oil on the water and a lot of hair getting caught in my fingers while swimming...

The poolside rooms are awesome. Just open the patio door and get in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Only thing that was needed was more pool loungers

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Really clean, modern and spacious view. The staff are super friendly and the location is excellent. Brilliant value for money, you would struggle to find anywhere better than this!! Would definitely stay again.

Good clean hotel. Good beds. Quiet central location slightly off Main Street so less noise. Breakfast was quite modest but adequate. The coffee in breakfast room was disappointing, but one could buy proper espresso in the lobby for $2-3. I would stay here again if I returned to Krabi, but would bring my own coffee. Staff are helpful.

Central location to the beach, shopping, nightlife, and docking point for the longtail boats. Spacious room and clean grounds, kudos to housekeeping. Front desk personnel should receive training in hospitality and treating Asian guests equally to Caucasian counterparts.

Location is near the beach & noisy RCA pubs too. Hotel is
relatively new with 2 blocks. Room is clean, simple with big
comfortable bed and big balcony with 2 chairs & table outside.
Room lacks mirror & aircon cooling can be slow if room faces the
afternoon sun. Breakfast is a-la-carte at the same price offered
in restaurants outside. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Swimming
pool is small but additional beach towels are provided in each room.

Clean and quiet. Recommended

A hotel with a heart situated strategically in the shopping street of Ao Nang more or less at the beach front.
Friendly service minded staff greets you on arrival and make sure that your stay will be memorable with their local knowledge and advice on outings and other activities in the Krabi area. Especially thanks to Manager Khun Tan who has shown us hospitality beyond expectations.
If touring is not your “cup of tea” just relax by the pool.
The hotel is well maintained and rooms are spacious, light and cleaned daily.
Breakfast is simple but contains all you need as eggs are cooked to your liking.
Absolutely a hotel to recommend and return to.

Очень приятный внутри отель. Но все портит ужасающий шум примерно до полуночи вокруг отеля . Спать невозможно .
