Trèsbon confort et prestation conforme aux attentes
Pros:

L'Owsen est incroyablement grand. Les bus passent à proximité.

Cons:

Le personnel qui demande plusieurs fois la même chose : Passeports envoyés par mail et scannés sur place... Impossible d'obtenir une facture si on passe par booking. Obligé de faire intervenir le service client.

有消夜拉麵，溫泉池多樣，樓上有足湯，女性泡湯有專屬的密碼，需輸入才能進入女性溫泉池，泡完湯晚上有冰棒，早上有乳酸飲料，還有專屬的女性洗衣間，泡湯舒服，泡完湯整理個人吹髮等空間設備完善，尤其多美迎的早餐都很豐富美味，此次入住房型空間蠻大，整體住宿滿意。

Most peaceful hotel stay of my life. Incredible experience. Will deffinitely return!!!!
Pros:

This is perhaps one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and certainly the highlight of our Japan trip. Can not recommend this place enough. So much so we changed our schedule to come back and stay again!

The staff is super helpful and attentive (do bring your translator app, even though they have one at the front desk). The food is delicious, particularly the complimentary ramen at dinner time. DO NOT MISS IT!!. And an incredible breakfast buffet. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and it is worth it booking the bigger rooms, since they have window views of Mt. Fuji. The bed is great and the complimentary pajamas for each guest make for a fun addition.

Take advantage of the rooftop foot massage pool, with great views. And of course, the in-building onsen was super relaxing. Wasn´t crowded at all during our visit. If you got tattoos, talk to the front desk and they´ll give you cover stickers, so don´t miss out.

The hotel is rather on the outskirts of Gotemba, but this actually adds to the peace and quiet. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, for easier transport. Surrounded by forests, and the Fuji Heiwa Peace Park (one of the best places in Japan to contemplate Mt. Fuji) is within walking distance. Don´t miss it.

Cons:

Perhaps a bit far away from convenience stores, but nothing to fret about.

とても快適に過ごせたのでまたの機会があったら泊まりたいです
Pros:

綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。
温泉もサウナも気持ちよかったです。
お風呂上がりのアイスや夜食などのサービスもありがたかったです。
夜中もとても静かでぐっすり寝られました。

Cons:

チェックインの時の受付にいた男性ホテルマンの態度が良くなかったです。
人の目を見ずごにょごにょと話していて何を言っているのかわからなかったです。
ルームカード何枚かと2回確認されて、１枚でいいと言ったのに２枚渡され、何も聞いてなかったんだなと、、、

Really nice hotel option if you need to visit Gotemba!
Pros:

Beautiful property , huge room (quadruple) with kitchenette (which actually wasn’t stocked particularly well). Private walkout with parking spot and outside hot tub. Laundry machine in our room!We sadly didn’t have a chance to use the onsen. Would have liked to stay longer …. Staff helped us forward our luggage to Tokyo while we climbed Fuji. Location within Gotemba was lovely but Gotemba itself was not a town I’d recommend - it didn’t have the nicest atmosphere but it was our jumping off point for climbing.
