Very nice, will be back.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Didn't have breakfast because we had to meet up with other friends at another venue.

Cons:

It was very confusing finding the car park and then the access into lifts and room was a bit awkward. We are used to valet parking at most Hotels we go to and found this a little stressful when we were on a time frame. The wait at check in was also a little long. The guy in the coffee shop was very polite and rushed a takeaway coffee for me so I could travel home.

Not enough electrical (outlets) in rooms, or they’re too low to the floor. Some USB-C outlets might be nice.

Perfect holiday at the Star and Dorsett was fabulous.

This was my second stay here. Location is fantastic. As is the pool area and the drinks from the bar there.

Cons:

View from balcony and room overlooking a construction zone. Elevator wait is often long. Checking out line was also long, although I did appreciate the drink during this time.

Nice hotel but horrible night sleep

Cons:

Noise - I was kept up to 5.30am by party in next room - complained at 2.00am, 3am & hotel finally sent security at 5.30am … should have been shut down at first call to reception
