Pros:

Stayed with you guys the last 4 years for the conference. Location is great. Overall practical and generally great rooms

Cons:

My room was a let down this year. For a Panoramic King room the cleanliness was sub-standard. Floors sticky and overall building is feeling tired. The price upon reflection is eye-watering for what you get.

Clean, comfy and has all you need.
Pros:

Location was good, nice and local to mall and also close to casino.

Cons:

I think the phone not working, wasn’t fixed despite me calling off my personal phone down to front desk.

Great location, beauotful hotel but I think the value for money was off.

Great location, friendly staff. The rooms were clean

Cons:

I didn't like that I paid $500 a night and I got no bath robes, I got no mini bar, no decent sized fridge. The room was disappointing for the price I paid, we also had major issues with the water pooling in the shower, the water was everywhere and when I called reception to ask for a different standard king room, I was told there was nothing available.
