The room was nice, a little small

The location wa perfect for what we needed.

Cons:

We did not like the fact that we had to pay a $200 deposit, which we did not know about before we arrived. Aslo did not like that I could not use my Star Casino card to get points for my stay.

Cons:

For a five-star hotel, I found it very disappointing that the minibar was completely empty and basic amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrushes were not provided. When we first entered the room, there was a strong smell of bleach, yet the room still did not appear to have been cleaned properly. We could clearly see chocolate bar wrappers underneath the couch as soon as we arrived.

One of the shower heads were broken. The shower components were rusty. The shower silicone and grout was mouldy. It actually made me think the whole hotel was dirty.

Staff and location was great, but wouldn’t stay again

The location and the staff are excellent

Cons:

The hot water surges and you get scolded every 30 seconds, we stayed 3 nights it happened the entire time.

The parking is absolutely ridiculous… the set down areas to the parking itself.
