Amazing stay that was perfect for my 7 year old and I
Pros:

I was on holiday with my 7 year old son to celebrate his birthday and purposely booked this hotel due to their amazing pool. The pool, layout, location and the modern facilities of this hotel were amazing. Staff also acknowledged my son’s birthday when we arrived and left a gift in the room for him, which he was very excited about. The room was a little small but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was right next to Pacific Fair Shopping centre which was an easy walk to and could get food and your retail therapy completed. My son loved the pool and we both appreciated that it was heated (in May). I was very impressed and have been recommending to my friends for their next stay and would definitely book for my next Gold Coast stay.

Cons:

Room size could have been a little bigger and would have appreciated more options for the room service food , but otherwise couldn’t complain.

We always love staying with u .. staff friendly and professional 👌

Cons:

I didn't like the huge white pillar in my room which made my room feel not as spacious as other ones I've stayed in. And there was a plastic bag and some girls hair scrunchie from previous stay under my bed .
