Have stayed here several times previously and this was our first issue. Generally the staff are welcoming, the location

We didn’t have any hot water to take a shower and unfortunately the reception staff had a care factor zero

Love it!
Pros:

Everything! Location, cleanliness, rooms are beautiful. This is our favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast.

Cons:

Only downside is if you have a tall vehicle you cant park at the property, you have to park at the convention centre, but its not too far away and its all undercover walkway.

The fact that the cleaners didn’t vacuum the room or change bed sheets for 5 days.
