Pros:

The view was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was kept incredibly clean, a nice large open shower and it was right near the convention centre which was our main reason for the trip. Next time my partner and I will have a swim in the pool

Utopia at The Dorsett
Pros:

Excellent service and highly welcoming! Always above and beyond with the whole team at The Dorsett 🥰
The executive lounge is our favourite hidden spot (theres even Star employees that have no idea it exists and we take pleasure in this)
The candy bar!!!!
Omg free bottled water??? Seriously, its free 😂
In all fairness, we havent actually been in a executive room so this was a much different experience.

Cons:

We only stayed 1 night, its not long enough 😅 some actual feedback though : windows were not clean. Our room hadnt been used recently so dust had accumulated. Coffee stain marks on the pod caps, as if the previous guest tried to use the pod in the machine but didnt know how it works 🤯

Pros:

Thw receotion stsff were very helpful, room was beautiful, and clean with a wonderful view of the pool ans cityscape from the 9th floor. Bed was so comfortsble, had the best sleep and locatiom was so closr to shopping precinct and eateries.

Cons:

Access to the hotel was a little confusing coming from the bus on the main road but once there, it was okay to navigate.

Wonderful oasis a hop to the casino and stroll to the shops and beach
Pros:

Great service at checkin and checkout, we got to check in early since our room was ready, and parking validation and payment happened in-house. Special birthday touches were much appreciated. The pool was beautiful, evening and early morning.

Great stay, only stayed one night but would have preferred to stay longer !
