Pros:

The room was very good, clean and very comfortable

Cons:

The car park, couldn't find the lift , got on the wrong lift ,a man helped us to the right one. I paid for the car park and still didn't work I had to call for help. It was very confusing to get In and out .

The location was great 👍

Cons:

We arrived at 15.15pm and was told that our room was not ready and it would be 10mins, we waiting an hour and 20mins by this time I was really frustrated and was told they had a new cleaning manager and that was the hold up.
They gave us complimentary drinks 2 and still waited another 20mins before the Office manager gave us a room with a balcony not the panaramic room I upgraded too.
But he also gave us access to the Executive lounge for canapés and Buffett breakfast which wasn’t to bad,
All in all I was not happy that we didn’t get into a room at 16.30pm
