Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was like you were sleeping on springs. The breakfast area was not that great. Not enough space for the weekend traffic.

We only got to stay for one day but it was just what we needed to get a good nights rest.

We had a nice quiet stay in Medford. Little to complain about.
Pros:

Breakfast was just okay. Nothing stood out about it. Coffee options were only bold or decaf…no medium roast or mild roast available.

Facilities were excellent as was the staff. Location wasn’t bad at all. Close to the highway and a number of restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast. That could have been a little better. Explained in the last block

I am not happy how they treated

It’s in convenient place

Cons:

I have booked one room with Two queen beds and one sofa bed for my family of 5
But without notice it, management changed my room to two queen beds, that’s what receptionist said, she said she couldn’t do anything.
Since we had long drive and it was almost around 9 pm we hand to managed with what we got.
We didn’t even get any refund.
