The accommodation is great. The room is spacious by Tokyo standards and the staff are very helpful. The in-room laundry facilities are fantastic and easy to use and the front desk is staffed most of the day so there is no issue using luggage forwarding.
Unfortunately the location itself has become grossly over-touristed. It used to be that the area across the river was nice & quiet but recently, every outing is a gauntlet of tourists dragging suitcases, even into tiny stores and narrow streets, vastly outnumbering the locals, people wearing too much aftershave or perfume, taking up all the seats on crowded trains while locals are forced to stand, blocking doorways & staircases & not following Japanese norms in general. In addition to this, the location is in the path of a frequently used emergency services route, so you will hear sirens all hours of the night and day. It used to be a great location but it's not for us anymore.
Close to attractions, close to the train station, self contained, close to convenience stores and restaurants.

空間設計的舒適度,讓住宿的人有很大的空間可以擺放與整理行李。
廚具少了電鍋
Family friendly - uchiro coffee and breakfast in the morning was simple and delicious. Rooms are great size for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers
房間很大,有簡易廚房廚具,洗衣機可以洗烘,浴室很寬敞,廁所獨立
The hotel is on a quiet street near Asakusa, just a few minutes’ walk from Asakusa Station via exits A2a and A2b. The room is a decent size—quite good for Tokyo. High recommended.
Pillow is too hard for me.
The location was within walking distance from the station. We had medium sized suitcases and found it an easy, level 10 minute walk over a bridge and into the property.
The check - in was straightforward and we all managed our language differences quite well.
It's an Aparthotel so we really enjoyed the space - for storing our suitcases/ small balcony/ washing machine available.
Once settled we did explore around the area. It is on the quiet side of Asakusa which we preferred and happy to walk to the Shrine and Sky Tree.
Nothing to dislike really as we would stay again.
I think just clearer instruction on separating the rubbish and its disposal better managed rather than numerous plastic bags left in the small reception area on check out - especially for longer stays or family groups.
1) There is a small kitchen facilities provide in the room.
1) Most of the time, there will no receptionist present.
2) The temporary luggage area should not be access by public.
3) Towel should be daily change instead by request.
Location, friendly staff and facilities are very good
Clean, tidy comfortable and walking distance to the main area.
Nothing.
Location to local area and transportation
Easy access to Asakusa
Air conditioning system was abit hit and miss , lack of power points in kitchen , having to juggle between kettle and microwave
Washer AND drying unit in bathroom. Clean, hardwood flooring.
Our first accommodation in Japan, and a perfect room set up and proximity to Asakusa (lots of shops and food) to get over our jet lag. Direct line from Haneda to Asakusa with a short walk cross the Sumida river to BON Tokyo. They also provided us with umbrellas on rainy days. Very helpful as it rained on some mornings.
Nothing.
