Generally I enjoyed my stay, Eka to the world. Their services are so nice and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Having stayed at EKA Hotel on several occasions, I can confidently say that each visit has been a delightful experience. The staff are always welcoming and professional, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the food consistently excellent. I appreciate the hotel’s warm atmosphere and attention to detail, which make every stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I would gladly recommend EKA Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant stay

Everything from the time you step in the door is perfect. The greeting and smile from staff will make you feel at home, the room is exceptional, the cleanness , attention to details it’s perfect.
I should give a shout out to the gym staff , wonderful people.
Last but not least the location is great and side to a big mall so that you can walk around and browse what eldoret have to offer

The building is beautiful, services and food are excellent and the location is very convenient. There is also adequate parking and a mall where shopping is a further enjoyable experience.

I love the services I got at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who is within Eldoret. Trustme, you will enjoy every second you spend there.

The stay in Eka Hotel Eldoret was good. All services offered met my expectations. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were up to standard.

Hotel is great quality and the whole team were brilliant. I felt safe and looked after throughout. Room was modern and clean. Food was good quality!

The staff were very friendly and professional in the execution of their duties and responsibilities. Special shout out to Christabel, the Guest Relations Officer and Gilbert Opiyo. These two made my stay memorable- kudos to Christabel for the warm welcome, and Gilbert for making me feel safe during my stay. I will always pick Eka Hotel, Eldoret as my hotel of choice anytime I'm visiting the North Rift region.

Overall, the hotel services are very good. However, food packages and diversity are required. That means, more food variety is needed on all dinner, lunch, and breakfast food packages.

Very good Rooms

I had a fantastic experience .The staff (just to mention night duty staff on the 14th august)were friendly and attentive, check in was smooth, room was clean, modern and comfy. I especially enjoyed my breakfast buffet-fresh , varied, and well prepared. The location is ideal. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

My stay was ambient and peaceful. Its one of a kind facility were i can Un wind and sample the different channeLs on TV to suit my relaxation as i CLear my head from a very turbulent WorLd out there. Being there I feel in Heaven away from the Noise of an uncertain and unpredictable kenya. I believe in PEACE and SERENITY of mind. Great Health is next to GodLiness but in the kenyan context its a wake up call that massive action to adaptation to change so that more kenyans feel they are making money and fulfilling their dream of visiting a state of the art facility like EKA hoteL There probably a Lot of kenyan people out there from all walks of Life who would like to experience an EKA brand experience but the pocket doesnt Allow however one day one time things will have to change so that LocaL visitors spend a night in your Brand.

It was a fantastic experience. This would be my second time here and it was amazing as the first time. Would highly recommend.
