The size of the room, the balcony, the cafe downstairs
We had a couple of issues maintenance wise that took a couple of days before they were dealt with..such as a stuck blackout blind

Camera pulita, staff gentilissimo e simpatico, posizione abbastanza buona per raggiungere a piedi sia il centro che l'ippodromo (eravamo a Firenze per un concerto)
Costo un po' alto in generale, ma sicuramente molto più accessibile di altre soluzioni, letti e cuscini non particolarmente comodi (ma accettabili)
Le personnel était très à l’écoute notamment Dominique, un grand merci à lui pour sa disponibilité !

L’emplacement géographique n’était pas très adapté et n’est pas si prêt de la gare de Florence comme indiqué sur Booking. Nous avons souvent dû prendre des taxis et bus, c’est assez éloigné du centre-ville.
Na prvý pohľad pôsobilo ubytovanie moderne . Raňajky boli fajn a aj poloha celkom .
Absolútne izby neboli izolovane ,počuli ste všetko ,aj študentov o pol noci žurovať . Veľmi zložitá klimatizácia ,ktorá sa vkuse vypínala a v izbe bolo počas tej noci kľudne aj 28 stupňov .
It was a very good location for our needs. Close to the central station and about a 30 minute walk to the town piazza. The hotel had space for car parking. The staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was good
The room that we stayed in didn't have a safe (at least we couldn't find one) to store valuables.
Wszystko! Hotel duży, niedrogi, dość blisko centrum, przy samym przystanku autobusowym. Smaczne śniadania, pokój bardzo ładny, z klimatyzacją, bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem, czysta i ładna łazienka. Windy, duża przestrzeń wspólną na dole, dużo młodych ludzi (studentów), bardzo miły personel. Poprosiliśmy o zamówienie taksówki i za 3 minuty już była. Pobyt bardzo udany.
Zdziwiło mnie, że kawę do śniadania robi obsługa. Wolałabym robić ją sama

ho pernottato solo per 1 notte e non ho usufruito del servizio ristorante o della colazione, pertanto non sono in grado di dare un giudizio di miglioramento su qualcosa. Per i servizi di cui ho usufruito tutto è stato all'altezza delle aspettative se non migliore.
Hotellet lå i gangavstand til sentrum noe som var veldig bra. Treningsrom på stedet var et pluss for oss, og at det lå butikker i umiddelbar nærhet. Personalet kom med anbefalinger til hva vi kunne gjøre mens vi var i Firenze noe som var supert. Anbefales virkelig.
