Die Lage am Bahnhof Europa/Fira ist perfekt, sowohl für die Anreise vom Airport, als auch in Richtung City, oder auch mit dem trans Montserrat Ticket zum Kloster. Auch die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind recht gut. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber, das WLAN funzt, Checkin und Checkout seemless, Coffee-to-go-Ausstattung und Wasserspender 24/7 im Frühstücksraum verfügbar, das Frühstück selbst vielfältig und gut, bis auf den "Fahrkartenkontrolleur" am Zugang zum Frühstücksraum war das Personal top

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es, obwohl flächenmässig sehr gross, auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, immer sehr voll, wodurch es zu langen Wartezeiten an den Waffelstationen kam und das Personal, obwohl sehr fleissig, insbesondere mit der Rühreiproduktion gar nicht hinterherkam...hier sollten die Kapazitäten eventuell etwas erhöht und eine zweite Buffetstelle eingerichtet werden, denn insbesondere Geschäftsreisende verlassen sich auf ein effektives Frühstück, welches direkt verfügbar ist und wollen nicht, oder haben gar nicht die Zeit, auf bestimmte Artikel länger zu warten...

Een prima hotel,we kunnen geen minpunten bedenken.
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel,
goed ontbijt.
Met bus L 95 dat vlakbij het hotel is,ongeveer 15 á 20 in het centrum.
