The floor of the room and bathroom was not very clean, and the carpet was dirty. Should pay more attention to cleaning!

Dobra lokalizacja. Bezpośrednie metro na lotnisko oraz pociągi do centrum. Hotel położony w nowej dzielnicy biznesowej, w pobliżu galeria handlowa. Okolica bardzo spokojna. W pokoju deska do prasowania i żelazko. Wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Pokój w dniu przyjazdu był brudny i nieposprzątany - pełno kurzu, włosów i piasku. Także toaleta była brudna. Obsługa nie była tym przejęta. Ręczniki niestety niedoprane. Hotel, choć nowy - jest już mocno zurzyty, ściany brudne, dywan oraz armatura również. Choć są telewizory, to tylko hiszpańska TV bez możliwości streamingów oraz podłączenia obrazu. Śniadania w porządku, ale niestety nawet, gdy jest mało osób obsługa nie panuje nad bufetem i brakuje nawet kawy. Choć jest to tylko Hotel 3*, to Hotel w Barcelonie odstaje od innych hoteli tej sieci w innych krajach.

Pros:

Svédasztalos reggeli, tágas étterem, bőséges válszték. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A takarítás kifogástalan, a metró, vonat, pár perc sétára van. A hazautazás napján a bőröndöt ott hagyhattuk estig, amíg nem indultunk a reptérre. Vigyáztak rá.

Cons:

A szobában nem volt szekrény, ahova bepakolhattunk volna, csak pár vállfa, meg akasztó.

The room was beautiful, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Good breakfast. Close to the metro.

Cons:

It was nowhere stated prior to arrival that they need 50 EUR deposit to let you into the room. I had been mugged right before my arrival, so I considered the hotel my safe haven. However, if the police hadn't luckily retrieved my belongings, I would not have been able to check into the room I paid for. They also don't accept Maestro cards, so I had to go to the ATM to get cash.

The staff at the reception was never smiling, it felt very cold talking to them.

For a hotel in the Hilton group, one expects exceptional customer experience, but it felt that it lacks human warmth.

The breakfast is served in the basement room - it is spacious, but has no windows, I feel that negatively impacts the overall feeling.

The hotel has no extra facilities such as sauna, massage room or anything of that kind.

The AC in the room comes directly on the bed ( on you). Difficult to sleep with it and difficult to sleep with out it.

Hotel nie jest położony w ścisłym centrum Barcelony, ale okolica ta jest spokojna i bardzo dobrze skomunikowana - zapewnia dogodny dojazd na lotnisko, jak i do samego serca miasta. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, posiłki pyszne, a pokoje przytulne i czyste.

Cons:

Warto zjeść śniadanie nieco wcześniej, ponieważ w późniejszych godzinach wybór potraw bywa ograniczony.

Good place for a short-term stay.
Pros:

The room was cozy and spacious, the AC was working since it was very hot outside. The staff was pleasant and welcoming enough to change the room upon our request during check-in.
A kettle with tea and a small fridge is a nice touch up.
Good breakfast, silent surroundings.
The proximity to the subway is great, nice location.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom does not close properly. Granted, it was fixed immediately, but you still need to put effort to close the door to at least feel some sort of privacy. Need to be properly fixed.

Water is not provided regularly. We got two small bottles upon our check-in, which was NOT enough during such a heat. Apparently, you cannot have more water for free if you’re not a Hilton member? And instead you should buy water yourself or downside for 5-6 EUR per bottle? Ridiculous policy for the hotel with three stars and such a great service. We are talking here about basic needs ESPECIALLY during high temperatures. I would really encourage the staff to review the policy.
