Lovely hotel in a lovely building close to the high street with short walk to the sea front
Pros:

The property was clean with lovely comfy bed
The coffee machine was easy to use and the table area by the window really nice.
The room overlooked the high street. Breakfast was served in a wicker hamper basket and they had gluten free cereal with fresh milk
Toast was available in the kitchen I would have liked some gluten free bread but the juice and fruit provided in the basket was lovely
I was a bit confused as my booking said the room was on the ground floor but is was on the first floor but that wasn’t a problem

Cons:

We were disturbed the first morning during breakfast by workmen on the scaffolding outside the building but that cannot be helped

Had a lovely weekend by the sea. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay!
Pros:

Fantastic location. Clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Great location next to the gardens down to the beach, or via the high street shops.

For a single person my room was much bigger than required but the living room was great for relaxing during cold weather.

Breakfast was lovely and the service was fantastic, I look forward to coming back!

Lovely room and facilities, very peaceful - would come back!
Pros:

A lovely spacious room with excellent facilities, bathroom and comfort. Well-located for walking around Lyme Regis. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastry and juice. Helpful staff contactable by text/phone.

Cons:

I felt a little rushed by the request for the return of my breakfast basket before I had finished eating (though I admit I was having a leisurely morning, I would have liked to have finished and returned this in my own time. Would have been great to have new teacups with breakfast rather than having to re-use the ones in the room, but I didn't check whether there were any available in the kitchem (which was well-stocked with toast and preserves).

Pros:

Was a nice stay. Very inpersonal as it was a key box situation, no staff on site which was fine and expected. Breakfast hamper wss fine, wasnt to get excited about but the system worked well. It was yoghurt, pastry (warmed/cooked fresh) some fruit and muesli. Was nice eating the comfort of your room but it wasnt blowing anyone away. Rooms were comfortable just noisy. You could here your neighbours and other guests, chatting, having 7am showers and making coffee with the noisiest nespresso machines ever. The hotel did what we needed it to, it was nice enough but probably wouldn't rush back unless the price was right.

The condition of the rooms did not match the room rate.
Stuffy, windows not safe for children, shower was broken, cob webs, no bags in the bin, rusty loo brush, crack / damp in paint
