Really good option, with great sightseeing options nearby
Pros:

The design, style of the hotel and available facilities were exceptional, and bears alot of the cultural design traits of Xi'an.

Cons:

Not many room options available to accommodate a child. When booking a room for 2 adults and one child, most bed options only catered for 2 adults. We had to connect 2 seats at the end of 2 beds together to form a bed for the child.

Comfortable, clean and spacious room
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The beddings were comfortable. The service was excellent. Bottled mineral water was provided on daily basis. Even though it was next to the Big Goose Pagoda, and there was cultural fair and event every night, it was quiet in the room. The breakfast spread was good. I wish that they changed up the menu a bit.

Cons:

You'll always be harassed by people asking you to rent their Hanfu for photos.

Pros:

Excellent service.
The reception staff were professional and responsive, especially Lead Guest Service Moon, who provided exceptional help in purchasing train tickets and later assisted us by phone in resolving issues at the station.
Without her support, it would have been much more difficult.
Many thanks to her.

Pros:

The Bell boy (Fan Karn Fong) is very helpful and friendly on customer.
Especially raining day, he will go help me to find the grab car and ask them to drive in to pick me up (even i did write pick up location is hotel lobby and they didnt drive in).

Cons:

Hotel cleaner not responsible. Throw away my things (medicine) which put on the table (near to the television) without asking my approval.
Upon asking the hotel, the supervisor some more argue with thousand of reasons.
Medicine is not expensive but is life saving items for me. End up, i have no medicine to eat .
Very poor in customer management!

Splendid experience in Xian, both the city n the hotel.
Pros:

I m both a Hilton n Bonvoy member. Honestly, I usually found Bonvoy provided me nicer hotel, but I was wrong this time. And I was pleased I chose Canopy this time. Both Canopy n Westin was back to back in a super location in Xian, however once you stepped in the hotel, you found the tranquility. The room was big n comfort as well. Daisy Guo working in the dining also makes you feel at home, superb. I m glad I chose Canopy in Xian.

Pros:

The hotel is great. New and convenient. Many stores and places around. Breakfast is amazing. I would only suggest more English speaking staff. Google translate is not an efficient way of communicating.
