Cons:

Gym facilities, sauna/ steam room were not always on.
Booked half board, initially give a set menu with no choice, after I complained we were allowed to order whatever we liked

Cleanliness and staff of housekeeping service is in the highest level overalla hotels in Istanbul and room facilities comfort really attracts me every time when I visit. Thank you

TV is old, meals are so so for the price. Prices are high but the taste is not in this level.
