It was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The property was kept very clean with regular bed changes and apartment cleaning. The staff were very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Especially the Ozkur who was very helpful and made our stay even better!

Cons:

Everything was great with the apartment and property. There is even a swimming pool, restaurant, nurse office and accommodations throughout the complex

Unser Aufenthalt im Antwell Suites war rundum hervorragend und wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Onur, der uns von Anfang an äußerst freundlich empfangen hat. Er war sehr kompetent, immer hilfsbereit und hat uns die ganze Woche bei allen Fragen und Anliegen unterstützt. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Dasselbe gilt auch für Ülgen, der ebenfalls jederzeit ansprechbar war und uns mit großer Freundlichkeit weitergeholfen hat.

Das gesamte Team war immer sehr herzlich, professionell und hatte stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und praktisch.

Ein großer Pluspunkt war für uns auch die medizinische Betreuung: Meine Schwester hatte während unseres Aufenthalts eine Nasen-OP, und es war sehr beruhigend zu wissen, dass 24 Stunden Krankenpfleger vor Ort waren, die bei Problemen oder Fragen sofort helfen konnten.

Wir können dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Betreuung und Gastfreundschaft!
