We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was the exceptional kindness and support we received from the staff.

I would especially like to express our deepest appreciation to Mustafa. He was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. From the very beginning, he treated us with incredible kindness, patience, respect, and genuine care. Whenever we needed anything, Mustafa was always there to help us, often going far beyond what we could have expected. He never made us feel like we were asking for too much, and he always approached us with a smile and a sincere desire to make things easier and more comfortable for us.

What impressed us most about Mustafa was that his kindness felt completely genuine. He is not simply someone who does his job well; he is someone who truly cares about the guests and their experience. His professionalism, warm personality, attentiveness, and willingness to help made a tremendous difference during our stay. People like Mustafa are very rare, and the hotel is extremely fortunate to have someone like him on their team. He represents hospitality at its very best.

We stayed at Antwell for my Son’s Nose procedure and we had a very great experience the hotel was very clean and tidy.The Breakfast was incredible with tons of variety the Staff was very polite, courteous and helpful on our request they extended our stay which was our last minute decision without any hassle.The Location was very convenient and easy accessible everywhere. I stayed in this hotel for several times. The hotel is very clean and nice. It is also close to emaar. I also want to thank mr. Ozgur at the reception. He is very professional and friendly. He learns arabic as well. He made our stay even better.

Everything was great! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. The hotel and our room were spotless, and the pool was excellent. There was also a nice little playground for the kids, which they really enjoyed. One feature we truly appreciated was having a 24-hour nurse available, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hotel also offers free parking, the rooms are spacious, and when we requested an extra bed, it was brought to us promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
