With improvement in few areas, this hotel could be a nice choice.
Pros:

Hotel employees were very good, helpful and courteous. Special mention about Suchit (GM), Ayan & Barnali from F&B and Gautam from F. O.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic. There was not much choice. In comparison to roof tariff , doesn’t mean value for money. There is only one bath towel. No hand and face towel. No body lotion. There is seepage in room. There is no iron board at room.

Great stay.. Only if the Wedding was not next to my room
Pros:

Very Helpful friendly staff, Gautam Auddy Manager was a good Leader very positive personality. I think Asset for Polo Towers, Rooms are spacious, Linen was better than last time, towels were good too.

Cons:

There was a wedding below my Room, it was noisy at night till 11:30 pm. But when I called up reception finally. the Drums stopped.. That was good

Great stay
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent and tasty here. Staff from Reception, Room service, House Keeping and Restaurant staff everyone is courteous and helpful. Very clean and peaceful environment. Beautiful room and view.

Cons:

Better quality toiletries and bit bigger bed as I found bed will be small for 6 feet people. There could be two chairs for family or a family room as I felt I was given executive room with a work table.
