​❌ Una estafa de hotel. No se dejen engañar por las fotos ni la nota.
Cons:

El hotel es una trampa para turistas. Reservamos en septiembre el Green Tour, los quads, el globo y el traslado. Intentaron estafarnos en absolutamente todo:
​Con el traslado del aeropuerto nos querían cobrar casi el doble en euros de lo pactado en liras (tuvimos que mostrar capturas de pantalla para que lo respetaran).
​Con el globo nos hicieron un chantaje intolerable: no nos quisieron coger el dinero por la mañana para, a última hora de la tarde, subirnos el precio de 220€ a 320€, y en menos de cinco minutos volvieron a subirlo a 380€. Juegan al mejor postor con las plazas de los globos de forma rastrera. Como no cedimos, el trato del recepcionista pasó a ser hostil e ignoraba nuestros saludos.
​Todo son recargos si pagas con tarjeta o liras, te coaccionan para pagar en euros en efectivo.
​La comida es horrible. Nos sirvieron un plato de pollo que contenía trozos de pescado (asqueroso) y te cobran suplemento por pedir una tortilla en el desayuno "incluido".
​Las fotos no reflejan la realidad: la terraza está muy deteriorada, con cojines rotos y descoloridos. Un desastre absoluto.

Pros:

We liked this hotel a lot. First, it's small enough to feel cozy. The staff were great, from the two reception guys on day and night shifts to the chef and his cooking team. The breakfast had a great variety, something new every day and freshly prepared. The rooms are spacious and the beds are wider than a regular king-size bed, a real luxury. The location is top, right in the town centre but still quiet because the hotel faces a private house on one side and a school on the other. No loud discos or restaurants around. Finally, there are beautiful views of the rocks and the sightseeing spot from the lounge area on the top floor. The staff were kind enough to let us use it for our private celebration.

Cons:

Faucets and showerhead are covered in limescale and could use a bit of cleaning.

Colazione deludente. Dolci praticamente assenti; la parte salata era uguale tutti i giorni. Quelli che non mangiavi il giorno prima ti veniva servito il giorno dopo. Ma soprattutto Personale assolutamente scortese, per di più purtroppo le signore che servivano la colazione non parlavano e capivano nulla di inglese. Per cui risultava impossibile comunicare e chiedere qualsiasi cosa.

직원들이 매우 엄청 친절합니다 ^.^
클룩에서 벌룬 예약했었는데
호텔에서 싼가격으로 정보를 주셔서
바로 했습니다
화장실도 세면대 샤워부스에 물 잘내려가서 좋았구요
조식도 생각보다 다양하고 좋았어요

Excelente todo y muy buena relación calidad/precio

Nos encantó ! Era lo que buscábamos. No es realmente un hotel cueva pero mantiene toda la esencia. La habitación que nos tocó en 1 piso súper amplia y cómoda. Estábamos con auto fue ideal por que está a la vuelta del centro de Goreme en una calle que se puede estacionar si problema al final
de ella.
El personal súper amable, nos reservaron el vuelo en globo que por suerte pudimos hacer y tenían mejor precio que contratando por nuestra cuenta, la empresa del globo fue excelente!
El desayuno en la terraza que tiene una vista increíble , era delicioso! Todo casero por ellos, mucha variedad de cosas saldas y dulces. Y
recomiendo comer en el restaurante de ellos realmente tiene mejores precios que comer afuera y la comida es riquísima!! Hicimos varias comidas allí y con esa vista !
El último día nos íbamos muy temprano antes del desayuno y nos prepararon una vianda para llevarnos 🤗.
Todo excelente volveremos si podemos !

Завтрак был великолепен. Расположен в самом центре Каппадокии. Рядом магазины, всё нужно находится под рукой.

Cons:

Стены картон, и когда все в 3-4 утра собираются полетать, стук от дверей слышен повсюду. Номер конечно под убитый, с дешевыми дверьми.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach fantastisch! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Zimmer entsprach genau der Beschreibung und hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick. Besonders beeindruckend war das Restaurant im oberen Stockwerk sowie die dazugehörige Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt und die angrenzenden Felsen. Vor allem morgens ist es der perfekte Ort, um die Heißluftballons zu beobachten – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!

Auch das Frühstück und das Essen allgemein waren außerordentlich lecker. Alles wurde täglich frisch zubereitet und man hat die hohe Qualität der Speisen wirklich geschmeckt.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel bien situé, avec un personnel sympathique
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner, les choix varient tous les jours
Personnel très sympathique et prêt à aider malgré la barrière de la langue
Proposition d'activité (tours et visite de la région, montgolfière, quad, massage et hammam, etc.)
Bon restaurant et abordable par rapport aux restaurants de Göreme
Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare routière (pour les arrivées/départs en bus) avec une jolie vue depuis la terrasse
