This hotel was incredible value for money, located in a really cool spot next to the water on boat quay. The staff on WhatsApp couldn’t have been more helpful and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Shout out to Mitch in particular for her excellent service :)
Although the windows were well insulated, there was some street noise from boat quay at night time (not enough to stop me from sleeping, but may bother a lighter sleeper. I had deliberately chosen the river view room, overlooking the street, because I wanted the view - so no major complaints from me here! I’d still say the view was worth the noise).
One of the hotels I would highly recommend in Singapore.
The value for money is excellent, the location is very convenient, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Edmar and Shannen for their kindness and care, they really made the experience even better.
I would definitely come back and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore.
La ubicación es excelente. Estás a minutos caminando del Marina Bay, Chinatown y Clarke Quay. La cama es muy cómoda y la ducha impecable. Shannen y Edmar estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras necesidades. Dejamos el equipaje un rato luego del check out y fue muy fácil contactarse por WhatsApp. Relación precio calidad muy buena.

The room was well appointed, and serviced well. The room layout was designed by a professional. In spite of being located over a very noisy bunch of restaurants with thumping music, the additional glazing enabled us to get some sleep. Access via the app worked reasonably well, but - as is always the case with these methods - it takes full-time attendance to deal with the exceptions, which Trisha, Edmar and Shannon did well. Lily did a great room-servicing job and was most helpful using Google translate.
No USB charging outlets. Someone should explain that the knack of electronically locked doors, is that one has to listen for the latch to open before trying to open the door. We saw other people battling with the same thing. We got it eventually.
Property was great, very well located among a lot of restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. Shannen, Edmar & Trisha were on call all the time through what’s app and helped me with anything I needed. They even checked on me each morning. Was an amazing stay and will book again when I’m in Singapore.

The abundance of small street cafes and restaurants makes the approach to the hotel smell bad and quite dirty. Also, be prepared to lug heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. We're also grateful to Shannen for her help after check-in and check-out as we walked to the taxi stand.
Very strategic and modern with digital (automation). Only few peoples involve to cleaning and standby for any support required. The staffs were friendly and eiger to provide their best support.

I really loved the location, and the hotel itself. I couldn’t get into the right door from the first try, but there was an virtual assistant (a human) who I could call and ask for help to find the place. They sent me video on my WhatsApp how to find the right door. But there can be problems for some foreign travelers with connection to messenger, internet may not work, so I would expect to get this guide before I arrived, please consider it:) also one additional thing to consider is that video guide shows you how to get to the right door quickly, but that way includes steps on the street, would be good that you could show in your video instruction a different way (a little longer walk but with no steps)- I found it later.
But my stay was great, I loved the room. It was clean and cozy. There were no windows, but I think it’s good as no noise from the street at all. Also free washing machine are available for use.
I would definitely come back!
P.s. only card payment was accepted.
The only concern is about steps in the building, but stuff helped me with my luggage.
