Pros:

Perfect location 👌
The room is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need 👏

Cons:

It gets a little noisy at night because of the nearby restaurants, but that's the price for a prime location

When I made the reservation, I didn't notice the information about the $200 deposit on the description, but it wasn't a problem—they refunded it right after I checked. Just be prepared for that👌

Die Waschmöglichkeit ist hilfreich. Gute Betreuung über WhatsApp. Zimmer waren sauber. Digitaler Schlüssel funktioniert gut mit der App.

Cons:

Leider kein Fenster im Zimmer. Lage ist zentral aber abends muss man durch die überfüllte Boat Quay Foodstreet durch was anstrengend sein kann. Zimmer sehr klein aber das scheint normal in Singapur zu sein. MRT Stationen mind. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Great srvice and support
Pros:

I had a great stay at Heritage Collection. The team was very responsive, with quick replies and clear instructions for check-in, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
A special thanks to Shannen, Edmar, and Jean for their help, including assisting with luggage storage. Their support was thoughtful and much appreciated.

Cons:

The stairs were difficult to climb with luggage. The website mentioned there were no lift but I did not anticipate the stairs would be multidirectional.

Idéal pour 2 à 5 nuit pour visiter Singapour
Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur de la ville, le long des quais
Métro et bus à proximité
Proche de Bugis et chinatown
Marina bay et Supertree accessibles même à pied.
La chambre est équipée pour faire son pti déjeuner
Le lit est très confortable.

Cons:

Au dessus des restaurants, donc bruyant le soir
Ça se calme un peu vers 22h et en général fini à minuit, prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles est préférable

Superb
Pros:

I’d like to highlight prompt and concise communication during my stay with Jean, Edmar and Shannen and their willingness to accommodate me to the best of their ability. They allowed me to check-in earlier after a long flight which helped immensely. The room was clean with much appreciated AC and even if the accommodation was situated on a busy street during the night I had no noise issue in my room with a window. There was an option to do one’s own laundry which was great considering humid and hot Singaporean climate. Finally, everything essential, including airport train line, was in walking distance.

Pros:

Had a great stay at Heritage Collection! The location is perfect—super convenient and well-connected. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay.
