Excellent value & great location but with inconveniences
Pros:

Extremely good value for money in Singapore with an excellent location for exploring on foot. The room had all of the amenities you would expect in a more expensive hotel such as hair dryer, safe, fridge, space to hang clothes.

Cons:

Location whilst excellent was also annoying. Difficult to be dropped off/picked up by taxi/grab. Directly outside has lots of restaurants with pushy hosts trying to get you to dine there which is tiresome when coming to or leaving the hotel. Towels also weirdly shedding lots of small fibres all over the body, feeling like you'd dried off after a shower with cotton wool!

Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was wonderful, and the entire team was amazing, always responsive, helpful, and attentive to anything I needed.

One of the things I appreciated the most was having both a washing machine and a dryer available — honestly, such an amazing and convenient addition, especially while travelling! It made my stay so much easier and more comfortable.

A very special thank you to Shannen for her kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout my stay. She was always available whenever I had a question or needed something, and I truly appreciated the care and attention she provided.

Thank you again to Shannen and the whole team for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. I would be very happy to stay here again! ❤️

Incredible service and good location !!
Pros:

Services is incredible, staff is so efficient and friendly we were landed from 14hrs. flight and straight to hotel can’t thanks enough to Shannen,Mary and Jamie to let us left our luggage and try their best to get us check-in an hour early

Mit Ohropax ausgestattet ist es eine gute Unterkunft für 2-3 Tage zur Erkundung von Singapur.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check In in der Unterkunft unterstellen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung für 2 Personen ist auch super. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Schlafbereich war es sehr laut. Ein Dauerrauschen war die komplette Zeit zu hören. Vermutlich durch eine außen angebrachte „Klimaanlage“ verursacht.

Very decent, low cost accommodation in the heart of Singapore.
Pros:

Great location and very reasonable price to stay in central Singapore; staff were super helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Able to get access to everything I needed i.e., an ironing board etc.

Cons:

Didn't love having no windows (though I knew that was the case when I booked!); also found the keyless entry a little tricky at times (though that could be down to be not being very tech savvy). It's a little noisy at night, but again, I knew that when booking and I'm a light sleeper; with earplugs in it was totally fine.

I'll come back for a 3rd time
Pros:

This is my second time staying here and I came back because of its excellent location, very clean and great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Shannen, Marie and Jamie, who were always available to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms are a bit small.

If I visit Singapore again, I will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

This is a small boutique hotel tucked away in a lively nightlife district. Despite its location, it is quiet, clean, very safe, and the service is excellent. The room is well-equipped with everything you need, making it outstanding value for the price. It’s also within walking distance of the MRT.

Cons:

The only minor drawbacks are that taxis cannot drop you off directly in front of the hotel because the street is pedestrian-only, and the hotel does not have an elevator or escalator. However, the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with our luggage, which made the experience much easier.
