Beautiful clean apartment
Great location
Easy lovely walk on boat quay to many restaurants

Cons:

The self check in was terrible. Trying to understand someone on what's app. That is the only communication was difficult
Then I need to tell you about the conditions
We were on quayside wing North
No access from the road.
Had to walk down many steps to the boardwalk once there walk about 200metres and go in a tiny door and walk up about 4 flights of stairs 2 x 70 year olds with 2 suitcases and hand luggage. Ridiculous
The apartment was beautiful and clean
But tiny could only fit yourselves in the bedroom. The only place to open suitcases was the kitchen floor or balcony and it was raining.
If your mobility is poor only book the South
This should be advised up on booking

Pros:

Good location - close to main attractions. On a busy street but didn’t have any disturbances from the noise. Unit was well fitted out and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was tidy and clean.

Pobyt w Heritage Collection on Boat Quay – Quayside Wing był naprawdę świetnym wyborem. Kontakt przed przyjazdem i w trakcie pobytu był bardzo miły i sprawny – wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo dzięki wygodnemu check-inowi online.

Lokalizacja to ogromny atut – hotel znajduje się praktycznie przy samej rzece, a wokół jest mnóstwo restauracji, barów i klimatycznych knajpek. Wszędzie jest blisko, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie Singapuru.

Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony, a cały obiekt zadbany i przyjemny. Personel był bardzo pomocny i życzliwy – szczególne podziękowania dla Shannen, Mary i Jamie za ich zaangażowanie i wsparcie 😊

The apartment is very well equipped, clean, tidy and very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring central Singapore and within walking distance of all the main tourist spots with easy access to several MRT stations.
The free clothes washing machine access was also excellent and conveniently located in the corridor.
My hosts, Shannen, Mary & Rome were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was great to be able to easily communicate with them via WhatsApp throughout the stay.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola. Complesso il sistema di ingresso col telefonino, sembra un bunker, e se il telefonino è scarico, è davvero complicato accedere alla struttura.

Fantastic stay and amazing support from Shannen, Mary and Rome

We had a fantastic stay at the Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - the room was super clean, air-conditioning works perfectly and was very comfortable. Location is amazing as other guests have said. And the room was very quiet despite being in the center of everything.

But the biggest difference is the incredible and accessible support from the entire team - Shannen, Mary & Rome. Before, during an after checkout, including luggage storage was all super seamless. We will absolutely stay with the Heritage Collection on future Singapore trips!
