There is no elevator at the property. Rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) is located along the lively Boat Quay area, close to many restaurants, bars, and nightlife spots.
All rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to help reduce street noise. However, some noise may still be present, especially during bar operating hours.
Guests who are highly sensitive to noise may wish to consider this before booking. We highly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking.
This is a strictly nonsmoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.
The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show".
In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is nonrefundable.

L’emplacement, la propreté, le personnel qui nous aidait lorsque que nous avions besoin (Shannen, Mary et Jamie), le confort.
Nous avions une chambre qui n’était pas du côté de la rue donc c’était très calme.
Le studio est vraiment petit mais on le sait quand on réserve.

I booked the Single Studio, which was very economical, though quite compact in size.
Please note that room service/housekeeping is provided once every 5 days.
Worth the price for a short staycay. Simple but sufficient. Good security with many locked access doors.
Bed sheets can be cleaner. Saw some hair on the sheets and towel

Heritage Quayside has been amazing, especially the balcony view & the fact that the bed is upstairs further in so that your sleep won't be affected by the background noises of the nightlife below.
The staff there, special mention to Shannen, Mari & Jamie, were friendly & accomodating to our needs during our stay. The entire process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend & come back again.

Pas de serviettes de toilette dans la chambre à notre arrivée mais le problème a été réglé en 10 min via la messagerie booking !
Il y a un petit coin cuisine mais pas de vaisselle.
La chambre est très humide. Les serviettes de toilette ne sèchent pas et elles ne sont pas changées.
