Heritage Collection on Boat Quay (Quayside Wing) is located along the lively Boat Quay area, close to many restaurants, bars, and nightlife spots.
All rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to help reduce street noise. However, some noise may still be present, especially during bar operating hours.
Guests who are highly sensitive to noise may wish to consider this before booking. We highly recommend securing travel insurance at the time of booking. This is a strictly non-smoking property.
A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.
The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. It was little loud but I was prepared for it because they mentioned it before! If you are light sleeper maybe not good for you !

La entrada está automatizada. Para la puerta principal necesitas un PIN que te mandan por correo o que te envían por whastap si lo solicitas y la puerta de la habitación se abre con la aplicación. Al hacer el check es necesario un depósito de 200$. Situado en una calle con vida nocturna pero no se escuchaba nada dentro, al menos en nuestra habitación del tercer piso. A pesar de ser pequeño era práctico. Cuenta también con nevera, microondas, mensaje y secador. Estaba limpio y nuevo.

Property is central and the room had everything I needed with additional special attention to detail, which I appreciated very much. Shannen was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
Attention to detail, nice linen, free laundry, laundry soap etc. I also genuinely appreciated the fact that both hotel corridor and room featured the work of actual artists, a breath of fresh air in a visual environment overrun with boring ai slop.

They took deposit amount 200$ and they will never return you back … they will say they return and they will send there mail only .. they don’t send you other proof if you asked … never ever book it thinking less price overall you will loose your diposite money as well
L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer partout, principalement à pied et en métro.
La propreté et le service de la réception : Mitch, Mary & Shannen*sont superbes, elles sont tres réactives et disponibles 24/24 et assisté pour toutes demandes..
L'hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne entouré de bars/restaurant. Ca peut être tres mouvementé donc le mieux est de se préparer.

I didn't have a mirror in the room and given the location and the river view it ended up being noisy at night
Comfortable property. Digital access worked well. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive.
No local TV channels.
Also, just an heads up. No fault of the staff or property, but it is very noisy on the quay side of the hotel. I expected some noise given the location but the nights I stayed there were people yelling and partying at 4 am long after the establishments closed. The hotel staff had ear plugs ready so this is a common issue.

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - Quayside Wing. The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Singapore. Mitch, Mary & Shannen were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - Quayside Wing!
The only downside is the lack of on-site assistance after 6:00 PM, which can be a little inconvenient if you need immediate help in the evening.
Very easy self checkin Hotel - everything is explained well, how to use the App. The Raffles Loft is incredible. Nice balcony -great view.
You need to know that you are in the middle of teh party hot spot. So it does get lound dunring the night. We knew that - so no surpirse. Everything OK
