Nice staff
A really nice location, close to everything

The so called pool was actually not a swimming pool. Just a few inches of water to dip your feet and was dirty:
I had a truly lovely stay. The hotel is stylish, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional — Hezi, the hotel manager, was attentive and genuinely caring, and Yossi at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The entire team made me feel truly valued. The location is outstanding, just steps from Sheinkin Street and within walking distance to Rothschild Boulevard, Neve Tzedek, great restaurants, and the beach.
Nothing — everything exceeded my expectations.

breakfast is offered at a nearby partner café just a short walk away. Depending on your expectations, this could be seen as a charming way to start the day in a local spot, but it’s something to be aware of if you were expecting a traditional in-hotel buffet.
Staff was great and super friendly
The pool was not maintained well. Probably because it’s winter, but worth to say it upfront to guests.
