The beds were comfortable. The front desk person was very nice each time we went to the desk.
The breakfast area is to crowded. There is not enough room to navigate through several people. Not a huge variety on breakfast. The door to our room was missing a chunk by the lock…being in a handicap room, I realize the shower is a little difficult to clean, however, it was in rough shape.
It was very clean, great breakfast, very accommodating to our request to be one the ground level as we had our dogs with us and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
Friendly and helpful staff
Dirty/unmopped floors, sticky bathroom door handle, beetle in shower, shower gel shot out (not downward), bugs in the stairwell, mini-fridge partially froze items I put in it.
No heated pool as advertised, no carts available for luggage, no coffee outside of breakfast hours, no coffee pot in room, staff unfriendly, dirty.
Clean facility, rooms were clean, beds were great👍 nice breakfast bar set up, attendant kept everything fully stocked at all times, always had a smile.
That I couldnt stay longer on my trip.
I did not have the breakfast this time but in the past I have stayed there before and the breakfast was excellent.
The door to 207 seemed to need to be pushed hard or slammed to latch correctly.

Breakfast was fine. It was quiet and close to the highway and food. Otherwise, not much more to like.
Blinds were torn and would not go up. Air system would not blow cool air, only hot. Also made a horrible sound. Did not complain because I was leaving at 3am for work anyway, but I probably wont stay at this location again.
After an eight hour day on the road I checked into what I anticipated would be a modern, comfortable hotel. The lobby and guest services were lovely, but I quickly discovered a filthy environment. My room showed signs of wear and tear, and dirt. There were stains in the shower, on the laminate floor, and the bedding.
The common area was unkempt too. At this point I decided to just try to sleep and leave as soon as I could. I departed at 2:30 a.m. Thank goodness it was quiet.
Neither IHG, or the hotel, would honor a request for a refund. Buyer beware. Photos attached. The value of this Hay, KS hotel is awful
