Behalve de locatie een meer dan prima hotel met een overheerlijk ontbijt en goede service!!
Pros:

De locatie vonden we onprettig en voelde oncomfortabel met twee kinderen, erg achteraf in een buitenwijk van Brooklyn. We hebben daarom met behulp van booking.com kunnen omboeken. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, een van de betere ontbijten die ik in de VS heb gehad met heerlijke cinnamon rolls 😋 alles zeer schoon, leuk ook dat ze popcorn, lolly's en speeltjes uitdelen aan kinderen. De jongeman die achter de balie stond toen we inchecken was zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk en betreurde het dat we ons niet fijn voelden over de locatie. Waren we met zn tweeen was dit prima geweest en waren we gebleven want achteraf gezien zagen we in dat dit hotel behalve de locatie veel beter was qua netheid en faciliteiten dan veel hotels die we gezien hebben in de VS.

Cons:

De locatie, voelde ongemakkelijk met kleine kinderen in een buitenwijk van Brooklyn.

Nice basic hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel, helpful staff and located close to a subway station

Cons:

Although the rooms had all of the necessary amenities, it was pretty small for 2 people. The elevators were pretty slow too!

Parfait en tous points
Pros:

Même si le quartier n’est pas des plus attirant nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du métro à 5 minutes à pied, le petit déjeuner tres sympathique inclus et le calme relatif du secteur comparé à Manhattan.

A pleasant hotel for a one-night stay, but the breakfast area and food selection need improvement.
Pros:

The room was clean, although quite small for four people, and the beds were standard-sized. Overall, the hotel made a good impression, and the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available at reception were a nice bonus.

Cons:

When we came down for breakfast at 8:30 a.m., most of the food was already gone. The seating area and tables were dirty and sticky, and there was not enough space for all the guests. However, the hot cinnamon rolls were very good.

Close to a subway but rooms could use an update.
Pros:

The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean.

Cons:

It was not in a great location. While very close to a D train station, it's located in a warehouse district with no bars/restaurants within close walking. While clean, the rooms showed A LOT of wear and tear, chips and dents on almost all of the furniture.
