Good location, pleasant staff, and a surprisingly good breakfast!
Pros:

Located near 8th Ave (In Brooklyn's Chinatown) and great Puebla-area Mexican food, as well. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. Staff was pleasant & helpful (even by email before arrival). Room and public areas were very clean & well maintained. Quite a good breakfast, too, with a nice variety of hot and cold items. Oh...and 24hr coffee in the lobby!

Cons:

Really, just minor stuff: No way to pay for late check out (although one extra hour was free). Not much room for luggage in the lobby, especially when there are many guests going to the cruise port. Also, the USB outlets in the room didn't work.

Not the hotel's fault, but parking is an issue, as others have mentioned. $33+ for a car and $41+ for a minivan is extortion, but the parking is right next door and the staff were nice, at least. 🤷 (And FYI, street parking is pretty much a non-starter!)

Za cijenu ( obzirom na cijene u ovom gradu) je ok!!
Pros:

Jednostavnost osoblja,ok je cistoca, dorucak bi mozda trebao biti malo konkretniji al obzirom da nema kuhinje, ok je da ne ides gladan iz hotela.

Cons:

Lokacija je u redu sto se tiče grada kao grada- do metro stanice je doslovno 3 min i metro D vozi u centar. Sto se tiče pogleda i okoline oko hotela, da sam je vidjela uživo nikad ga ne bi izabrala. Al eto, samo smo prespavali u njemu pa me nije briga.
