Holiday Inn never fails
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at Holiday Inn! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful to me and my family. I even forgot my room key twice, and they were always happy to help.

The location is great, just a short walk from the subway, and the price is very reasonable for the area. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and having a mini fridge was a huge plus. I also loved how pet-friendly the hotel is!

I also had an issue with my bank processing a refund that Holiday Inn had already issued. I emailed the team for a receipt, and they responded incredibly quickly and handled everything very efficiently.

Thank you so much to the entire Holiday Inn team for making our stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I get the chance. Honestly, I loved it even more than staying at an Airbnb!

Nice stay
Pros:

Room was very nice, big bed, spacious. The metro station is very close. The breakfasts was very nice

Cons:

They didn't changed our bedsheets in the whole week we where there. The cleaning services was jus basically making the bed and changing the towels.

Sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. In einer halben Stunde war man im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Essensmöglichkeiten gab es vor Ort auch genügend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte im Vergleich relativ wenig Auswahl und nur selten Abwechslung.

Usaldusväärne hotell.
Pros:

Teenindus oli sõbralik ja abivalmis. Tuba puhas ja koristaja käis iga päev. Toast oli ilus vaade. Ülimalt mugavad padjad. Arvuti kasutamise ja printimise võimalus.

Cons:

Hommikusöök oli kesine, peaaegu puudus gluteeni- ja kaseiinivaba söök. Hommikusöögi söömiseks polnud piisavalt laudu.

Suficiente para una visita a Manhattan
Pros:

El hotel esta limpio y el personal de recepción muy majo, nos ayudó a contratar el taxi hacía JFK y nos guardaron el equipaje muy amablemente.
Esta muy cerca de la estación de metro.
En la recepción hay una zona de bebidas calientes y café abierta las 24 h y de cortesía.

Cons:

La habitación es pequeña, sobre todo si sois tres y lleváis equipaje.
El personal de desayuno antipatico.
En el desayuno no había zumo de naranja, me sorprendió, no me ha pasado nunca.

Bra läge till tunnelbana och för våra personliga behov

Cons:

Personalen var inte så positiva och tillmötesgående . Frukosten är inte bra .. det saknas bord och stolar vid frukosten och personalen fyller inte på det som saknas . Vissa dagar saknades tex yoghurt .. Vi fick ta med frukosten upp på rummet varje dag under vår vistelse ( 6 nätter)

Tranquilidad, descanso y seguridad todo en un mismo lugar para conocer Nueva York en otoño
Pros:

Excelente ubicación para desplazarse por Nueva York desde tren, el desayuno tipo bufet muy completo, la limpieza de las habitaciones, no hay ruido, el wifi, confort de las camas excelente y la calefacción funcionó perfectamente. La seguridad del sector es muy buena, es tranquilo caminar de dia y de noche.

Cons:

El desayuno tipo bufet es excelente, solo seria variar las proteínas diariamente.

I would be back
Pros:

It was very accessible to get into the main city area. Breakfast was decent a few options there. The train station was a short walk away. I went solo and travelled all times of the day and felt safe. The double room I stayed in was spacious the bed was massive. I loved the fact there was a microwave in the room. Key essential for when in NYC

Cons:

After 22:00 or 23:00 for security reasons of course the auto doors don’t open. I forgot my card so I couldn’t get in but no one was at the desk. I was stuck outside until someone saw me standing outside (30mins) which was far from ideal. There needs to be a bell to press or something by the keycard on the first door to alert a member of staff who might be in the back
