Breakfast waa good. And customer service was good.

Cons:

I had no heat in our room. We were freezing all night. The window wouldn't close shut properly. I paid 184 00 to be uncomfortable and cold.

Cons:

The room was very cold, window wouldn’t lock and kept opening was sub zero weather wind keep blowing in. Complained to the front desk many times, they sent housekeeping guy one time he came and punched the window out that didn’t help at all. The howling noise of the window blowing in kept me up all night. I requested a change of room and they didn’t have another room available

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing.

Around 1:30 a.m., I woke up to find that my bathroom and room were completely flooded. I contacted the front desk, and while a staff member stopped the water, I was told there were no other rooms available and that nothing could be done until morning.

I asked for additional towels to clean up the water, but this request was refused. I was left alone to deal with the situation and spent over half an hour cleaning the water myself. After that, I was unable to fall back asleep and got no rest at all, despite having a very demanding day ahead.

Later, I also noticed a large yellow stain on the bed sheet, which raises serious hygiene concerns.

I contacted the hotel through Booking.com, sent a follow-up message, and also wrote directly to the hotel using the official email address listed on their website. I received no response.

Poor handling of a serious situation and complete lack of guest care.
