It’s clean comfortable stay!

Cons:

One staff i don’t like.. it’s the lady on the front desk.. not friendly at all.. but the rest of the staff are nice and the breakfast guy is nice as well

A nice Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

Located in an older residential neighborhood, It is a nice, clean hotel with everything needed for express stay. Simple hot and cold self-serving breakfast are available to start your day with Coffee, tea, hot chocolates available throughout the day in the lobby.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The wash clothes and towels were dingy. The front desk clerk was rude and not accommodating when we told him the room was extremely hot and in the window seal it had a quote stating you'll survive.. very nasty we ended up checking out way earlier than we cared to get up... Extremely sweaty and no one answered when we called from the room, I had to use my personal phone to reach the front desk.. he didn't ask us if we were ok no room change was offered just disgusting forgot to mention the parking is $33 as a hotel guest that's outside the hotel down a dirty wet ramp they take your car but make you walk to get it when you check out

Great place to stay for a budgeted trip nearby all the local shops and great value for money. Friendly staff with 24 hour checkin which was great as we arrived at 3am to check in!!!!

Hôtel très propre. Qualité/prix excellente. Le déjeuner est varié et bon. Le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil.

Cons:

Le quartier est très sale et très peu agréable pour s’y promener. Nous nous y sentions en sécurité mais il n’y avait rien aux alentours qui étaient intéressants à visiter ou à voir. Par chance, le métro est vraiment très proche pour nous donner accès rapidement à d’autres quartiers de Brooklyn plus attrayants. De plus, prendre note qu’il n’y a pas de stationnement à l’hôtel. Un stationnement sous-terrain se trouve juste à côté mais il est plutôt dispendieux, même avec le rabais de l’hôtel (96$ CAN pour moins de 48h) De plus, veuillez vérifier puisque l’employé du stationnement a essayé de nous charger plein prix. Faites attention!
