Great place to stay to access hospitals and good value for area
Pros:

Great location, close to the hospitals but off the Main Street for a little quiet. Very clean. Nice water pressure which is never noticed until it is needed. Very comfortable. Great pillows, giving the option of soft or firm that are labeled - very nice touch. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing really, been a good consistent stay when we have had to

Cons:

When we got to our room I noticed what looked and smelled like dog poop on bed comforter. We were on a tight schedule for UK graduation ceremonies. I took bedding down to the desk as we were leaving for dinner. I asked that room be cleaned and bedding replaced. When we got back that night, about 10 pm, I asked if the cleaning and bedding change had been done. I was told NO and the person at the desk handed me linens to make the bed myself. It was late and we had been traveling all day so I didn’t have the energy to argue. I just took the bedding and went to our room.

One of the best we’ve found
Pros:

Extremely clean, smelled great, great staff - friendly, polite, and talked to you while they worked, good location - in the middle of Lexington close to everything but on it’s own street. Great beds! Rivals the Doubletree Hilton

Cons:

Need better, fluffier bath towels is about all I can really say, if that. Everything was great!

In-room coffee was bad tasting; brown water. Kitchen supplies (cutlery) were minimal and it would be nice to have a dish drain and better dish scrubbers.

Comfortable hotel in a good location
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The full kitchen was a nice bonus and the bathroom was large and had everything that we needed. It was also in walking distance of a cute little bar with some really great food and music. The hotel was also an easy uber ride to Rupp Arena.

Cons:

The water pressure was very low in the bathroom.
