Tienen mucho que mejorar.

El staff es muy amable.

Cons:

Se espera un poco más de un poco más espacio para poner las cosas en este caso fuimos 4 personas, esto exije tener amplio espacio, un espejo para poder arreglarse correctamente, mejorar la iluminación, muebles en el exterior para poder descansar correctamente. Si, tienen sillas, pero no es proporcional a lo que se ha pagado por el hotel. Mejorar el servicio de agua caliente. En el baño habia una cucaracha.

Tienen varios puntos a mejorar.

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, estuvo delicioso. El personal es amable.

Cons:

Las almohadas estaban muy poco cómodas, no son habitaciones anti ruido, sino que se escucha todo de afuera.

Pros:

Buena Ubicación, cerca de puntos de interés. Rooftop con vistas bonitas. El estilo antiguo era bonito.

Cons:

Habitación tenía un leve olor a Humedad, se debería mejorar. Sería bueno contar con ventanas que aíslan el ruido, ya que se escuchaban los autos fuera.

Lovely small, protected and clean hotel close to the action and with breakfast included
Pros:

Lovely small hotel with a nice inner courtyard and patio where breakfast is served. Rooms are good sized and my daughter and I loved having 2 full sized beds. Breakfast options were all great and there was an unlimited supply of coffee and filtered water. Location is just 2 blocks outside the historic quarter making it quiet at night but still accessible to all central quarter restaurants and activities by foot. Staff were lovely. Felt very safe.

The only advantage was that we did not had to remain lot of time in the rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was very poor. Bad quality coffee, no fruits, no juice. A very small milk pitcher that guests had to ask for refill at the kitchen. No butter unless you ask for it. The cheese offered was the size of a tea spoon. A rather miserable breakfast. The hotel should improve this and if necessary offer other options even at an extra price. Usually hotels of this quality around the world offer a much better breakfast.

Cons:

Either if you are lodged in a room at the ground floor or on the upper floor, the noise coming from guests passing by your room or preparing things in their room was unbearable. The infrastructure must be refurbished to avoid this inconvenience

Le petit déjeuner tres bon.
Le cadre tres joli.
La propreté des chambres

Cons:

Le nuit de parking payante alors que nous avons réserver 3 chambres pour 3 nuits.
L insonorisation des chambres qui n existe pas. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres ( televisión, cri de bebe...)

El Hotel es poco a lo que se pago. Le doy un termino regular

El personal muy educado y cualquier duda o pregunta ayudaban para que todo fuera aclarado.

Cons:

El Olor de Humedad en los cuartos esta fuerte. Reserve 3 recamaras y estuvieron igual. El bañero se empieza a tapar cuando empiezas a bañarte. Me hizieron un cobro Q100 por una toalla que estaba manchada el cual ninguno de nosotros hizo eso. El personal de limpieza estaban limpiando una recamara y suponieron que era de nosotros. Le doy un 5/10 porque el personal es muy atento y respetuoso.
