Quest Queenstown

Disappointing that both the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. When the coffee capsules were replenished after my first nights stay, there was no decaf.

Just a short 10-minute drive from town, this hotel was perfect for us! We loved waking up to stunning snowy mountain views every morning. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for breakfast—really handy. It’s close to shops and a supermarket, and with daily room service, our stay was completely relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were very polite and helpful and always greeting us.

Clean room and very tidy, bed was a little bit firm but overall very nice.

The reception ladies were absolutely brilliant.
Unfortunately, there was a building site right outside our windows. I asked the duty manager if he could please move us. But because it would have been an upgrade, he refused. He asked the builders when they would be stopping as the vibration from one of the machines was coming into our room. The builders thankfully stopped. But started again before we woke up at 8, even though the manager said they would start at 9. Tried to put the TV on to block the sound out, but it wasn't working. Luckily, the lovely receptionist got it going for us. The room was great.

Really convenient to the airport, local supermarket and shops. Well presented property - clean, warm rooms with great amenities.

Fantastic accommodation

Their staff are fantastic to deal with, and it's really well looked after ,view from the balcony is pretty special looking at the mountains.

We always chose Quest if we can. The Quest Queenstown kept the same high standard.

I needed somewhere close to airport for one night. Quest ticked all the boxes of having the type of room I needed with nearby amenities that suited my last day before departure. I got a nice quiet room with comfortable bed and enough room servuces that allowed me to be comfortable.

Close to airport

The room is very comfortable and new and we enjoyed cooking our dinner at the hotel. It’s cosy and comfortable. We like it close to the airport and good for us to stay a night before heading back to Auckland.

Always an amazing stay! 2nd time staying at Quest and still love it. Check in is a breeze, check out is even easier. Free parking is amazing and so handy. Good location to supermarkets. Only a short drive to the centre of Queenstown. 100% would recommend!
