Great location with best internet speeds
Pros:

Location and ease of check in / check out. The internet speed was extremely good. Probably the only place where the internet speed did not dip once and I noted that the room had an NBN box in the cupboard. Daily towel change out. It was a studio apartment with all basic amenities including stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Though I didn't use any of it, it's good to know that you don't have to "cook out of the kettle".

Cons:

The bed cover was a little thin so it was a little cold. The duvet was stained so it doesn't feel like it gets changed out after each guest. Room cleaning did come in a little too early for my liking. I got a knock on the door around 9.30 most mornings. My expectations is usually after 10.00 as that's usually check out times so they do cleaning then too usually. They were very nice though and did ask if I needed the room cleaned.

Excellent location and clean, fresh, spacious apartment. Super good staff, very friendly and efficie

Very clean and fresh. Staff and manager were all very efficient and helpful

Cons:

The light in the bedroom only switched off with the master switch leaving the apartment in darkness except for the small lamps. Seems a strange setup

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is what makes Brady Apartments a standout. You are within walking distance of every attraction and most restaurants in Melbourne CBD. Even Lygon St is an easy half hour walk.

Cons:

More soap bars would have been nice
