The reception was nice.
It wasn’t clean at all, mold, humid, there was even a salamander in the shower. There were holes in the wall.

Good location, near a Jollibee, a Vincom which has a mart, a cinema, a Lotteria and some other shops
Dusty, dirty floor, dated furniture, hardly any hot water while it was 15 C degrees that night.
Cleaners were shouting, banging buckets, and slamming doors in the hallway in the morning. Like, come on, why!!??
AND lots of RED ANTS in both of the beds, on the sheet, under the duvet, and more coming from the sides and from underneath.. Even though we did a thorough check upon checkin and did not have any food on the beds. Traumatised after that..
We told the guy at the reception about the ants, and he just said they'd look into it!
Then we were informed a few days after our stay that the hotel cancelled our booking due to no show.
Breakfast was nice, there were a few dishes but not a variety of it so it’s okay. The beds are super comfortable and they had a smart TV that I can access many films of choice.
Most of the facilities were quite in poor condition. The windows were very dirty and capables were in weird places tho.

Diamond Hotel in Thai Binh give me quite good experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who helped me book tours and transportation.
Although the room may need to be upgraded a little in terms of comfort, the space is still quite cozy.
I really ẹnoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff at the accomodation. It was perfect place to relax after a long working day.
Diamond Thai Binh Hotel is very convenient, offering a restaurant, free private parking, shared lounge and terrace. Not only that, room service and reception are also available 24/24, free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The room I stayed in had air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen cable TV, a safe, a private bathroom, a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. I feel no different from home, I will come back here again.

Cheap, central location. Garage where i can park my bicycle. Rooms are big. Some of the staff speak english
Rooms were looking ok but the hotel's other facilities are old and look poorly maintained and dirty. Paid for river/lake view but didn't get that. The shower had a dead cockroach.
