The place was very clean, central and staff were very friendly and helpful

There was a grocery store nearby, I only had 2 concerns , there was only 1 pot and 1 frying pan, instead of a set of pot comprising of 3 pots. I requested for extra pot and I ever received it and I ended up buying 3 pots costing me 25 pounds each....Lastly, i was forced to pay for tax which was already included in my payment at the time of my booking . Besides these 2 concerns I enjoyed my stay....

The staff was super helpful and the room was tended to with care in terms of cleanliness. Also, the Pool was awesome as well as the gym which may have been one of the better hotel gyms ive experienced with up to date equipment and a noticeably well kept space.

So having arrived at 3pm i got settled got to the gym etc, just about to cook dinner as the apartments have a kitchen and i hear the door lock go, and a lady with her bags enters my room. Having both looked shocked we went downstairs (we were not together to make it clear) to find out why we were both allocated the same room, to this day I still have no idea how one member of staff allocated me a room and another member of staff didnt know I was in there. I was certianly not impressed and the lady wasnt either, if it had been the opposite way round and I had walked into her room would have been a much worse story, poor indeed...

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very modern clean and roomy with a very nice restaurant.

The facilities in rooms are excellent, a fully equipped kitchen area, great bathroom, dining table and chairs, you could live their permanently as it has everything you would need. Situated two minutes from Selfridges, the Arndale Centre and bars and restaurants it is very convenient.
Be aware there is a £100 deposit preauthorisation required until you have checked out and the room has been inspected.
My only criticism is the bed is very hard, the option of a mattress topper would be good.

Overall I enjoyed my staff.

Excellent location for central Manchester and transport links for surrounding areas. Nice, comfy rooms and plenty of space. I found the mattress a little hard but otherwise no complaints. Exactly what we were looking for in Manchester.

The hotel has everything you need for a city stay. Reception looked great and smells amazing. Studio apartment big with plenty of room, could have fitted more than 2 in the room. Had pretty much everything you need for a short stay, could eat in with no issues. Pool was clean and completely empty when I went. Pillows in the room were the worst pillows I have ever seen in a hotel, were like a sheet or paper. The train line that runs down the side, although not that frequent it was actually very audible in the room on the 13th floor. The aircon was substandard for the size of the room/hotel - would have been better to leave the freezer door open. Mattress was very firm, too firm for my liking but that’s just a personal preference. That being said I would definitely book again, will just need to avoid the extreme hot months and bring my own pillow

The staff was extremely un helpful and seemingly did not want to be there, one manager in particular was a real problem. I would never stay there again, customer service is not something they practice.

Great place

Very clean apartment, we didn’t cook in but everything you need if you wish to, spacious and comfortable to spend a weekend. The bed was ok pillows awful but they replaced them for me ( thank you ) location is fantastic literally 5-10 mins walk from shops and restaurants.
Would definitely recommend and book again

The room was very stylishly decorated , it was clean and I liked the kitchen , I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as it was cold , but apart from that I enjoyed my stay
